On September 1st I was on my way back from a long weekend and was passing by Arizona when I got a flat tire. I immediately called my AAA service to assist me. AAA sent out a towing company who proceeded to tow me to their shop because suposedly my truck needed more than just a spare. The driver of the tow truck alledged my truck had suffered damage to the alignment of the truck and would need a new "hub". When we arrived at the shop, I was a quotted $600.00 for the repairs and not just that, I would have to wait till the next day for the parts to arrive since it was a Holiday. I felt very uneasy and told the owner of the shop (Jay B. Williams) to release my vehicle and I would take care of the from there. At that point he and the driver refused to return my vehicle to me and I had to call 911 to get my car back. BEWARE....these people are not only crooks, I suspect they also had other evil intentions!!! My car only needed to get the tire replaced and I was on my way. I already reported them to AAA.
