I received an offer for a piece of jewelry that was being marketed for the first time, pay shipping only and it's yours. I paid for shipping and finally received the necklace and what a piece of junk! The chain was thin and broke when I tired to put it around my wife's neck so she threw it in her closet. I noticed that the same company billed me 3 weeks later for $95.00 so I called.

I called and spoke with one of the most smug, arrogant and rude individuals by the name of WILLIAM COLLINS that I have ever spoken to in my life. He was condesending and told me not to interrupt him until he finished and allowed me to speak. He went on to tell me that once I agreed to the free necklace by paying shipping and handling, I was automatically entered into their club and there was nothing else he could do because the system wouldn't allow it. I became irrate and demanded my money back and he said he would agree but the necklace would have to be shipped back at my expense and he would not refund the initial $5.95 shipping.

What a racket this place has going on! I'm not sure how many people complain but this place is a SCAM and should be shut down. Taking advantage of people in this manner is criminal and something should be done about it. I will wait and see if I get my refund (in 5-7 days) before I send the cheap necklace back. What a waste of my time and a loss of $5.95...!

jcb jewelry and duvati sunglasses are scams do not buy from them or you'll lose at least $100 do not buy from them

i bought 2 items, a duvati mens sunglass and a pair of earring studs made from cubic zirconium. i did a survey than it said i could have a free gift and i would have to pay only $5.99 and i would get e'm. me and my wife are poor, so i figure i could get her these pretty earrings and would be cheap, then i get a duvati sunglasses that doesn't look anything like the picture so i'm pissed, then thank Jehovah i looked at my online statement and i see JCB jewelry and Duvatiwear for frickin $95 a piece. that's $190 plus the $5.99 on the 2 items. so i'm so mad. they gave me back only $120. so i'm short $100 this month. bottom line don't buy from jcb jewelry or duvati sunglasses, what they did was in my opinion shady, deceitful type, and it leaves a gross feeling in my stomach, i hope they give me at least $100 more plus for my wasted time and worrying that they were gonna get the best of me. i'm only a janitor in life, we don't have much, it would be so sickening if the big guy always is able to stomp on the little guy. DON'T BUY FROM THESE TWO COMPANIES: DUVATI SUNGLASSES OR JCB JEWELRY THEY ARE ACTUALLY THE SAME PEOPLE. FNLSRS

This is a very big SCAM

The very exact thing happened to me and exactly the same way that you explained it. I am still furious with these people.

I believe there has been a lot of people who have been scammed by JCB Jewelry. Sooo sad. I'm thinking of calling the local television station to see if they can do a report on this.

Beware of the JCB Jewelry Scammers

There was also a pop-up on my pc that made me an offer for a piece of jewelry where I only had to pay shipping. I paid shipping only to receive a cheap piece of crap and chalked it up as you get what you pay for. Two weeks later here I have a $95 charge so I called my bank. The charge id=s pending so we cannot dispute it at this time. However, he told me it was a standing membership. I called the company and advised that I did not sign up for any kind of membership and the guy stopped any further charges but advised me to contact by email about a refund. He stated it was outside of the trial period and he couldn't do a refund. How convenient for them to send a charge right after the trial period!! I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR ANY MEMBERSHIP NOR WAS THERE ANYTHING REGARDING A MEMBERSHIP WHEN PAYING FOR SHIPPING!!! I am so beyond angry. I do not have money to pay for this and now what a process I will likely be encountering. Please beware of these scammers!!!

I was entering my information into my RRCU when I got a pop up from this company stating because I was a valued member I was being offered a choose of items. I would have to pay the shipping of 5.95 and the item would be shipped to me. I choose a set of earrings and entered my credit card information. I choose a pair of earrings that looked pretty good in the picture. A wee or so later I received the earrings. What a joke. No problem I only paid the shipping. I received my credit card statement and the charge was as they said $5.95. The next month when I received my statement there was a new charge of $95. I couldn't figure out what for. So I called the number that was listed with the charge. JCB Jewelry. Well the person that answered the phone informed me that I agreed to be a member when I didn't email them or phone them after receiving the earrings. I was supposed to do this within 15 days. I never so any thing on the page of this on the page when I ordered the item. There was no paper work with the earrings of any kind to help me know this. I was upset and told the individual I did not agree to this and he stated that I did when I gave them my credit card information. I told him to take me off of what ever this was and return my money. He said gave me a reference number to show I was taken off but would not do a refund. I told him was going to contact my credit union. Which I did and was told to contact Visa, which I did and they are sending me a packet to fill out for this dispute of charges. I hope others are no letting them get away with this charge. I cancelled my credit card to stop anymore charges. I am very upset. I am on a fixed income and cannot afford this. 3163

JCB Jewelry

The same thing happened to me....I am upset, do not feel that I was given all the information when the pop-up offer appeared. Now I am receiving ANOTHER piece of jewelry and was told that there is no refund, it is too late to cancel the second piece of jewelry (which I have not received as of this writing) and I will be charged $49.00 for this next item. Of course I cancelled my "membership" which I never knew I had...... Truly a scam

JCB Jewelry Scammers

So upset this company. I have had to cancel my credit card so they cannot charge anymore on my card. I had the same thing happen to me. I am currently working with my credit card company to fight this charge and dispute it. I am glad I found this site to print and send with the form I am filling out. Beware people the jewelry is awful and they charge you later $95 and when you call them they say you agreed to the charge by giving them the credit card information. Takes all kinds. I hope others report this and don't just take it. I am on fixed income and cannot afford this crap.

Dirty Scam )(^%*$%#77**8)

YES it`s a dirty trick, I did a survey thinking I would receive a free item of my choice(from a smal list of items) for taking the time to do the survey..................Read all the fine print I think it stated something in the extra fine print about some bull shit membership I did not realize till after receiving a cheap neckclace and 14 days had gone by then they bill me $95.00 . After calling the company they explained after 14 days I could no longer get a refund ... They claimed they would cancel my membership ?

JCB Jewelry

Like the other comments here, I was scammed by JCB Jewelry. The offer I responded to was to answer a short survey about Amazon.com and get a free pair of earrings for shipping only. I got charged $95 on my credit card and decided I had been scammed and wrote it off to my mistake, but when the next item came with another charge I got mad and contacted them. I was told that I had supposedly agreed to only a two week review of the "free" item, then if I kept it I would be billed retail price, AND I would be joined to a club with monthly shipments. I can assure you, as I told them, that there was no such agreement and I would never have signed up for it. They agreed to cancel my "membership" and I could return the latest piece (at my expense). This company is operating under false pretenses and should be prosecuted.

As I recall, I had just finished taking a survey for Frontier Communications, and they offerd a selection of awards for my time. I didn't see anything that I really wanted, so I left that page. Immediately some more rewards popped up, consisting of a selection of jewelry. I saw a cross and chain that I thought my daughter would like so I choose it as my reward. I filled out the shipping form and was told I'd be billed $15 for shipping. That charge appeared on my Master Card statement at the end of the month. I thought everything went well and I was pleased with the transaction. However, the following month on my Master Card statement was a charge from JCB Jewelry for $95.00. I felt that had been scammed.

I was told if I take a brief survey I could win a free prize and only pay for s/h ($5.99). Well, I took the survey and received a free prize. Little did I know that they were going to charge me $95.00 three weeks later.

They are full of it. I see people have been complaining about them with the same issues since 2014. Why are they still in business. UGH!!!

Just like cassandra, who previously wrote a report on these theives. I had added a free gift to my order of a dvd from amazon!!! i had to pay the $3.99 shipping & handling for the necklace for my wife. I received the necklace a monmth ago. On may 1st, they stole $95.00 from my government debit card from amazon, since i did not give it to them and stole the $95.00. I decided to find this company by searching internet. 1. That site lists them very well. With their address in burbank ca, a phone # to call them and a review section for their company.

Do not order anything from this company you will be ripped off like me and many others.

I have already notified my local police dept and plan to call the burbank police dept to make them aware of the fraudulent activities of jcb jewelers.

Remember do not buy anything from them ever. The jewelry is junk!!! and worth nothing. I had the necklace checked by a jeweler here in oregon..., they said its junk!!!!

Thanks for this opportunity!
