Short story this website sold me a 64 gig ipad for a good price and never shipped the product.

The kept my money for several days then emailed me that the product was not up to their standerds to ship.

I could make a living out of taking a bunch of money off of a bunch of coustomers and keeping it for a while then refunding the money.

Dont list what you dont have dont take peoples money unless you plan on following through with the deal.

Stay away from JEMJEM.COM !! They are not worth your time and they are not trustworthy.

Buyer beware

Buyer Beware! Order elsewhere! If you've already ordered, Track your packages!! Ordered an iPad on the 12/6. Got shipping notice on the 12/9 with USPS tracking number. Kept trying to track it but they never actually shipped the package!! Finally got in contact 12/17 (8 days after it supposedly shipped) and their excuse for not shipping it was "the condition of the item was found to not be up to the standards that we guarantee for our customers." So when were you going to tell us this?? We pretty much just got a big "too bad, so sad" and that's it. If you ever want to actually receive your purchase, order elsewhere!!! This company is bad news.

Don't waist your time.

The First Item I ordered from Sears to be shipped by them did not list the IPAD as a 1st generation. It arrived within 2 days of the orderI called support and explained it was not a useful product as my 3 year old grandson had a better product and it was basically useless. They told me to send it back and they would refund it. I ordered another 3rd gen 32 GB at a good price that same day from there site and get a notice the next day the item shipped. When I track this shipping confirmation # USPS Priority Mail it says a label was created and 2 days later was still is not showing picked up and indeed on the way to my location. When I called supporort they gave me a cock and bull story the product did not meet our expectations so we refunded your money. So I stupidly orderd another one and again got email saying it shipped and showing as label created but not shiped. I called CS and explained this is the second time this has happened to me when I place an order directly through their website. The last one I ordered, on 8/30 was canceled and refunded on 9/2 without my requesting the cancelation after already being advised that the order had shipped and when I called support that Evening I was advised the IPad I ordered was no longer available and the order was canceled and refunded. I explained that this was incorrect and that the one I ordered. or one like it was now placed back on the website showing in Stock for $299.00. I was assured that this one that I ordered was in stock and would be shipped. How is it that when an order is placed, a payment processed, a shipping label created to show the billing company that the order was filled, then refunded a few days later because the product ordered is no longer available, yet the identical product is now available for purchase on your website at $75.00 higher?

If the one I ordered at $224.00 was now in stock and available for shipment at $299.00 when I notified them that I did not cancel the order and did indeed want the product, that one should have been removed immediately and shipped at the same price, as it was already paid for and shown as shipped not refunded. I did not quibble over this as I did not really need the cell model and for a few dollars more I could double my RAM however this time I expect the order to be fulfilled. A payment should never be processed if an item is not in stock and indeed a shipping label created to signify completion unless that Item has already been boxed and placed for pickup by the shipping company. In this case the USPS, much less twice within a week.

Today after contacting support yet again the answer is the same. I addition the first one I ordered through Sears and I returned this product RMA number: 27629R USPS Priority mail tracking # shows it was delivered on 9/2 to their front desk reception. And as of yet I have not received even so much as a confirmation the product was received except for from the Postal Service.
