I made the mistake of not reading the reviews about this dry cleaners before I used them. They had a coupon in a local flyer and I thought it seemed like a good idea to give them a try.
I asked the person at the counter how much the cost of the dry cleaning was when I brought the items in. But when I came to pick them up, they told me a figure that was much higher than the original quote.
In addition to that, I brought in 12 items and they lost 2 of them! Now, I can see on the other reviews that they have lost many other customer's things.
But the worst part of it was that they completely ruined all but two of my items. They broke buttons, left stains, tore zippers and unraveled hems. Several of my tops had wrinkles pressed right into them that I can't get out. Some weren't pressed at all and most had grey streaks on them that I can't get out. The streaks look like machine grease or something like that.
When I complained to the manager, I was basically told to go fly a kite. The owner is a total jerk and will not try to help you either. Just be safe and stay away from this place!
