I Called Jitter Bug because tenants of mine stated there might be termites or ants in the house. Jitter Bug company sent a representative to inspect and he charged $80, he stated they were termites and quoted me $863.23 if I wanted to rid the termites. I got a second quote and when the gentleman went out to look at them he stated they were ants. I called Jitter Bug to explain what happened and to ask for a refund due to a misquoted inspection that would've been expensive if I hadn't gotten a second opinion. I spoke to Sharon and she was extrememly rude she didn't want to hear what I had to say, I tried telling her that if they want, they can someone else to verify there not termites and she started saying that if they misquoted me and I don't have termites that I should be happy because my house is safe. I told her I could send her the quote and she hung up on me so yes I did get upset and called her back and told her where to stick it....but I was very suprised that she didn't want to even take the quote I recieved or at least offer to send someone to double check. She stated they never make mistakes and that was there justification. I understand they need the $80 due to gas and all but at least offer to refund half for there mistake or at least accept the proof I have that there not termites. BEWARE CONSUMERS....make sure you get quotes from other companies as well when dealing with JITTER BUG PEST CONTROL.
