On September 5,2014 I received a pop-up message stating I had won (or been chosen for) the opportunity to own a piece of jewelry for only the shipping cost of $5.99.

I received the necklace and saw the $5.99 charge on my statement of August/September. I assumed this was the end of the matter.

Then on my September/October statement there is a charge of $95.00 from JCB Jewelry. I never received any information regarding "membership" or continuing jewelry being sent. Today when I called the company I was told that I joined a membership, no refund is available --- the time limit is over --- and I will be receiving another piece of jewelry, charged $49.00 and I am not allowed to cancel that, no refund is available for this item either.

This is such a scam...Ov course I cancelled my "membership" as of today but feel cheated, deceived, and the confirmation number I wrote down on the day I "won" the jewelry is: 8773097546JCB. The number on my credit card statement is: 8779074756JCBJEWELRY. Similar, but not identical. I don't know if that means anything but I did notice the discrepancy.

JCB Jewelry is a scam to get you enrolled in a monthly jewelry membership club. The "14-day trial" in the Terms & Conditions online state that the 14-day trial period includes processing & delivery time. The postmark date on my package is exactly 14 days from when I paid the $5.99 shipping which is all it tells you about when you get the "Free Jewelry" offer.

The website states a typical delivery within 3-5 business days. It took them 14 days to mail the item, which used up the entire "trial period". Today, my card was charged $95 by the same company.

Since it is Sunday, I cannot speak with a Customer Service representative. I called my bank and I have to cobtact the company before I can file a claim with my bank because the charge is still pending. Based on another report filed here about the same company, I don't expect to have a good experience with their Customer Service.

The story repeated with me - SCAM

The same thing that the previous review described has happened to me, they are cheaters and they play with words to trick the user, avoid them.. Such business owners should be in jail not at large, this is theft covered by well knit trick by terms and conditions..
