Both are notrious for not paying for services provided! Do not provide any service for either one until you receive a cashier's check, money order or preferably, cash up front!
Joseph Hellstern other d/b/a names: Krakow, LLC (a Delaware LLC, not qualified to do business in the State of Illinois), Terra Homes, Inc., D Enterprises, LLC, Oregon Quality Homes, Inc. Hellerstern has left a trail of bad debts, unpaid bills and he and his partner, Shannon Custer Nelson (of New Glarus, WI).
