REMEDIAL ON-THE-JOB TRAINING ORDERED BY THE PUBLIC FOR DUMB AND INCOMPETENT DENVER JUDGE TERRY FOX, TO TRY TO REDUCE DAMAGE TO THE PUBLIC -
The Colorado State Commission on Judicial Performance selects and perpetuates in perpetuity as judges those lawyers who are well connected to Colorado's power-brokers, selecting and controlling the retention of judges based upon WHO they know rather than WHAT they know, resulting in incompetent judges making arbitrary decisions.
Before the 2014 elections, peers of of Denver Judge Terry Fox (whose real name which she conceals is Marie Teresa Fox) advised the Commission that Fox is incompetent and makes decisions that are arbitrary rather than based on reason. Fox's major legal, character, and intellectual defects are her actions that are well known to the legal community to rubber-stamp arbitrary decisions of trial court judges, becoming an advocate for them rather than acting as an impartial examiner of the facts and law, earning her the moniker "Rubber-Stamp Terry."
But the commission, of course, as it has done almost without exception regarding all appointed judge for the past 50 years since it was created, voted unanimously to recommend to the public that incompetent Judge Terry Fox be RETAINED as a Colorado Court of Appeals Judge.
The Commission's unanimous and arbitrary recommendation of judge Terry Fox who admittedly makes arbitrary decisions motivated one local newspaper to admit Fox's incompetency but exercised its own incompetency by recommending her RETENTION anyway because "she is a new judge and will likely grow with more experience," recommending that remedial on-the-job training will turn a dumb judge into a smart judge.
Judges, as with all professionals, are supposed to receive training in their profession before, not after, they begin imposing their lack of intelligence and knowledge on the public as their victims.
Fox never tried a single case as a trial judge, which is only one of the reasons she is unfit to be a Judge of the Court of Appeals. This would be like having a nurse's aide perform open-heart surgery on you and the public.
Judge Terry Fox was appointed as the token Hispanic judge on the Colorado Court of Appeals, but she has not made the Hispanics of Colorado proud of their heritage. Fox has hurt many people by her legal and intellectual incompetency during her four years on the Court of Appeals. Shame on her. She should resign before she betrays her oath of office any further and injures more people by her incompetent decisions perpetuating arbitrary trial court decisions.
The Hispanics and public of Colorado deserve much better than judge Terry Fox. She should resign and make an honest woman of herself.
Sure enough, in the November 2014 election, incompetency and arbitrariness prevailed and judge Terry Fox was retained with over 66% of the vote. This only shows that the public is as dumb as Judge Fox, following the orders of the corrupt Judicial Performance Commission.
