I tried to order a scooter. Prior to placing my order I confirmed that there wouldn't be any further costs, custom fees to recieve my product in the USA- I was assured that this company, very resputible would take care of all other costs. Upon paying $205 for the product via Western Union, I was informed that my product was stopped by the Chinese customs and it would cost an additional $200 to be paid via Western Union. I asked for the associated documents from the Chinese customs and was told I could pay them via WU or come to China and pick up my goods. As of now...I have no scooter and no proof that it was sent or remains held by the Chinese customs. BE AWARE of JUT MOTORS, CINDY ZHANG or [email protected]. I was about to order 20 of these scooter and had a bad feeling and only ordered 1...THANK Goodness. I researched this company extensively and didn't find anything and was assured from the cat's mouth that they had many satisfied customers and smooth transactions with people in the US...WRONG!!!! RIP OFF ARTISTS!!!!
