K Street Advertising Scam

Aaron Christner, Jeremy Rogers and Ryan Scott Jensen are all notorious scammers. They have a long and stories history of ripping their customers off- Jeremy M. Rogers was disbarred in Utah AND New York for ripping his clients off, and Aaron and Ryan have a half million dollars worth of fines in Utah for their telemarketing scams.

K Street Advertising is also operating as a telemarketing firm in Utah- as K Street Advertising and K Street Fiber.

So we hired K Street Advertising to do our website, right? For a couple weeks, things were doing fine. We

paid them 8 thousand dollars. Then a couple weeks ago we stop hearing from them. Just nothing. We call

and the phone rings. No emails answered. Nothing.

We do some searching on the Internet, and we find out that Ryan there is Ryan Scott Jensen, a rather

infamous small-time telemarketing scammer. Looks like he has a LONG history of setting up Internet scams,

and then bugging out with the money. K-Street Advertising is in Colorado, but they have done this

previously in Utah (as Advanced Web Solutions, Black Box Firm, Level 11 Marketing, Mad Cow Productions,

etc). He has a couple partners named Aaron Christner, Jeremy Rogers and Vince Scapuzi, who are all also

involved with the scams.

So from what I can tell, they have all up and left, and the business is closed. According to one article on the web, Aaron Christner, Jeremy Rogers and Ryan Scott Jensen ran off with the money, leaving the business empty and ten employees with bounced pay checks and nothing else. The business is locked up and closed, and we have nothing.

We are all out a couple thousand, which is bad but not the end of the world. Learned a lesson- we need to do our due diligence on things like this. But we do want to let others know so they do not get ripped of by these creeps.

Strike Back Against The Scammers

Sorry you got scammed by Aaron Christner and Ryan Scott Jensen at K-Street Advertising. First, make sure to spread the word- keep others from getting ripped off. Post at any site that reports scams. Report them to your state AG and the Colorado AGs office. Post at StopFraud.gov, ripoffreport.com, Fraud.org, http://www.consumerfraudreporting.org/.

Make sure to report all their phone numbers to all those sites that report telemarketers and scammers.

Finally, there is a website dedicated to tracking these two specific scammers. I would report this there, too.Try blackboxfirmscam.wordpress.com They have been very diligent about tracking these two thieves and reporting on them!

I had hired " K Street Advertising" to build me a web-site and get it up and running. For the first month things went as promised, then last month I got an e-mail from my coach that he would be posponing our sessions for a week and that was the last time I heard from him.

I called and e-mailed my coach after the 8th. day beacuse I hade't heard from him, and his phone would ring once and then went to a busy siginal. I then sent several e-mails and they came back as undeliverable ,it said the server had permently failed.

After going to their website and calling both phone numbers that I found there and getting no answer, I e-mailed the owner and recived no reply, then last friday I got an e-mail from another client of theirs asking if anyone knew anything about what was going on. After grtting that e-mail I found a ripoff report and decided to add to the report I found.

K Street Advertising and Fiber Scam Alert!

About two weeks ago, these guys completely disappeared. I started looking around on Google, and I found out a bunch of information I wish I had learned BEFORE I got involved with K Street Advertising. It looks like this is an online scam run by a couple of of scam artists from Utah named Aaron Christner, Andrew Cassidy, Jeremy M. Rogers and Ryan Jensen.

They seem to run these shops for a couple months, charge up peoples credit cards and disappear.

The bad news is once these guys pull up stakes, you are SOL. And that si what it looks like they did here. They just closed up shop= did not pay rent, did not pay their employees. Just ran off with the money, like they did in Utah.
