I placed an order online on the 8th march 2014for silver sequin dress it was $160 aus dollars I changed my mind within in about hr after purchasing it and I emailed all the emails address as I could find on their website just to make sure there was no confusing as if I cancelled order after 48hrs I wouldn't recieve my full refund I even message them serval time via their website on my account obviously my message got to them as the status of my order changed to cancelled I have not recieved a response nearly been a month they say on their website will recieve message back within 24hrs what a joke that is all I ask is for my full refund as I cancelled my order within the right time that is on their website JUST WANT MY REFUND.

OMG PART 2

I ORDERED LAST WEDNESDAY THE 10TH AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY 1 ROMPER I ORDERED WHEN I TRIED TO CALL THE CONTACT NUMBER I GOT A VOICE MAIL. I FINALLY EMAILED THEM AND WAS TOLD IT WILL TAKE 6 TO 10 DAYS I PAID FOR EXPRESS SERVICE. OMG I PROBABLY WILL NOT RECEIVE MY ROMPER FOR MY PARTY TOMORROW 12/19/14

I attempted to call the number on the website several times because I ordered next day shipping. I didn't get an answer during normal business hours. The phone kept going to a voice mailbox that was full. I sent emails and the remain unanswered. I am requesting a full refund and canceling this with my bank as well. This is false advertising and unprofessional customer service.

I THINK I GOT YOU BEAT

As I am sitting here reading other's posts that mentioned it took them 6-10 days to get their order, even a month; I'm thinking, I got you all beat. I placed my order on Nov 21 2014, it finally arrived on January 5 2015! I figured I would order it in time for a Christmas party that I was HOSTING!!!!! Needless to say it never came, I couldn't get my money back AND I had to end up buying another dress (from a different company of course) which was an additional $135.00. This was my first time ordering clothes online. This was such an awful experience, it has scared me for life. I will never again do this. Oh and did I mention that when the dress FINALLY came the construction was extremely poor, the seams were out of line and the fabric was so heavy. I was so disgusted that I threw the dress away. I truly don't understand how they can still be in business after all of these complaints. Is there something that can be done? If I could rate them as a negative 10 I would.

Do not do business with this company. Dress ordered and payment made on day of order. Told 6 to 10 days delivery. Over a month later, still no response to numerous phone calls and emails. They have basically stolen our money. Will be filing legal action.

waste of money

I recieved this order in the mail today and can say I've never been more disappointed with a company than I have been with yours today. The dress was completely seethrough (which it wasn't in the picture on the website) the dress was so poorly made the zipper completely broke when I attempted to unzip it for the first time right out of the package. I purchased this dress for my own wedding in a month in Hawaii and was so excited for it to come only to be let down by this company and the product. I understand you don't have a refund policy which I now know it's simply because all of your customers would return everything you send and Kami shade would never make any money. This being said, I am, however returning this piece of junk dress back to you but I don't know what I will do with a store credit because there's no way I will ever order another product from kami shade and I will be sure to let everyone I know about the experience I've had with this company. Let me know what address to send this disaster of a piece of fabric to so I can get on with finding a new wedding dress from any other store besides this Kamishade. Literally, a pillow case from a prison is better quality than the dress that was sent to me. I am both surprised and impressed at how Kami shade is able to rip so many people off and still stay in business.

I ordered a $78 dollar dress and expedited shipping which was $42.50 so that i could get it in time for my birthday! I've been contacting them since i ordered it which was July 21st 2015. And i received an email from kami which stated i would receive my dress on the 29th as promised! Well here it is the 28th at 9:49 pm and it still has not been sent out. I wrote on their instagram about my terrible experience and they blocked me! Do not EVER order from her she's a liar and just wants your money. Notice how they don't accept paypal!

I have been dealing with this company since October 2014. I purchased a product online from them and returned it due to shoddy production. They gave me a credit to use online, so I purchased another item November 24, 2014. I reached out to them numerous times asking on the status of the delivery and did not receive a response. I finally received a response on February 25, 2015 saying my product was backordered - THREE MONTHS AFTER IT WAS ORDERED. I received a credit to again be used online. I tried to use it and was told my credit would not apply to the $25 shipping fee. They were charging me $25 to ship from Los Angeles to San Diego for an order that was only $56. This is half the price of the product. I contacted them to ask them to apply the money I had already spent with them towards shipping and was told no - it was against company policy. This is not stated anywhere on their website or in the return policy at checkout. Complete ripoff. So now they are holding my money hostage and the only way I can use it is if I spend another $25 with them on shipping which is completely unreasonable. Read I should have read these reviews before shoppping with them. Now I'm out $84.

Horrible website and owner. I made a purchase from them and asked to cancel my order not 15 minutes later. This is within their policy, they require it be done within 48 hours. They had already charged my card so they said the refund would come within 14 days. Well, the refund never came. I emailed them continuously to inquire, and maybe once every 4 emails i would get a short nonsensical response saying they were "working" on my refund, "we're having accounting problems" or some other bs excuse. They literally avoided refunding me for an entire month. I finally had to get a refund from my bank and they went after them for the refund themselves.

PLEASE DO NOT PLACE ORDERS AT KAMI SHADE

All I been having is problem after problem with KS. I am sick of explaining my self because I don't need the hassle of this store but I will make very brief and simple. Please do not place any orders at Kami Shade, you will find your self with only trouble. It is a nighmare for them to provide you with full refund Their customer service doesn't exist and any way. They have the worst customer service. They are a ripp off business because they don't want to give you neither a full refund or exchange merchandise. You are trapped with not been able to use all of your credit. The shipping is a nightmare. Their merchandise is not the best quality and sizes run very small. I am hopping my exchange comes trough since is going to take three weeks for me to receive it. I have no choice but to wait and stay a way from doing business with them. So please do not bother to buy from Kami Shade. You will have trouble after trouble. It's your money and you deserved to be treaded with dignity and respect and this business is not interested in customer service at all. They don't care at all. I hope this can help you people who are new customers and I hope you make a smart decission and I hope by posting this review I can help you people. Thank you for taking my advise.

cheap quality

Ordered tuxedo racer pants for new years did nor receive until after. Was satsfied until l ordered something else and could not get a refund. Cheap quality clothes nothing like it looks on line. Have a store credit I will use and will not ever use them again!!!

I ordered a jumpsuit from Kami Shade on 01/09/2015 for a wedding. I received an email on Friday, January 23, 2015 letting me know my order was updated. According to their mail options I figured I would definitely have the merchandise on time for the day of the wedding. It took Kami Shade 15 days to contact me to let me know my order was updated and shipping out Friday, January 23rd. If I would have known they didn't have the jumpsuit in stock, I would've never placed the order. I am use to ordering from stores that let you know when merchandise is not available AND when it will be available! Kami Shade didn't take long to withdraw the money from my account, which was done instantly! I tried to get a hold of a Kami Shade representative to track down the shipment the first week I ordered the merchandise and that was impossible! I knew right away something was wrong with this business. The email option they provide is ridiculous! After reading the other complaints, I regret not researching this store's reputation beforehand.

poor customer service ...they get your money and keep it !!!!

ordered dress was not what I had ordered... returned and they are trying to issue a credit fro less than my original purchase... these people are running a scam business stay away from them.... I will be contacting my bank paypal and attorney to get my money refunded !!!!

Scam

I ordered a dress from off there website it took over a month to get to me when they initially said 6 to 10 days. So when it finally came I was feeling the fabric it was cheaply made plus this skirt didn't come past my ankle when on the website it clearly shows flowing on the ground. Unless the model in the picture was 5ft which I doubt that. Call & email them & just store credit so I'm just stuck with this piece of crap & out of 64 dollars.
