We purchased a Honda Accord, a 2006 model from this place.
This guy Juan sold us the car, he said "there is nothing wrong with this car" if anything happens bring it to me and I will take care of it in the next 30 days...
The only thing supposedly wrong with it was that the knobs were missing to turn the AC on, and the radio.... He said he would get those to us by Monday... its been 20 days and we have yet to receive those, or even a call...
This car was purchased on january 20, 2015.. It is February 13.. it has been used for light driving, we haven't driven more than 500 miles on it and the check engine light came on. The accelerator no longer works, the car only goes up to 25 mph.
We are a young hard working family with a baby, it took us a while to be able to save the down payment for this car, and to have it not work not even 30 days fter purchase is a complete rip off. Now what are we going to do???
Juan told us we could bring the car back within the first 30 days if something was wrong with it, he said he would take care of it because he stood behind his cars. NOW HE IS SAYING THERE IS NOTHING HE CAN DO FOR US...
The check engine light came on a few times before this day but it would cut off in about 20 minutes so we thought maybe it was just a malfunction with the light.
Juan and Jesse sold us a car knowing it was messed up, and wasn't going to work. All they cared about was taking our down payment and being done with us...
