These people advertise jewelry repair. I gave them two items for repair, both only needed cubic zirconia stones. These items were given to them on Octover 12, 2014. By Spring of 2014 I had heard NOTHING. I went to the store and the wife described difficulty finding CZ' stones for these items. I said no problem, give them back to me. She phoned her husband and asked for the items to be broght to the store. I left the store and waited, no call. I returned to the store (about April now) and asked one more time. Another phone call, bring the items in. I waited, no call. i stopped in again, oh my she said i will get the items here. No phone call. On July 20th I went in one more time and she threw up her hands and said "he never brought them in (the husband). I finally said "no more time, get those items here. this is ridiculous." She went in the back and returned with her husband who proceeded TO VERBALLY BROWBEAT ME FOR COMING TO THE STORE WHEN THEY DID NOT CALL ME. With the husband ther the wife JOINED IN THE BADGERING. The two of themwent on a mindboggling offense. I walked out shaking my head. I doubt I will ever get myproperty and if I do I will have to endure their horrific attitudes. Don't you think 9 months is long enough too?
