On or about 8/2/2013 we placed a deposit on a boat. The deal fell through, and we requested our deposit be returned. Tom Keith the owner, refused. We challenged his decision and won in a small calims court. This has now escalated to a bench warrant being placed on Tom Keith. The local sheriff will not honor and he has the same last name! This is a small town with small town justice.
Stay away from the dealership! Also, any attorney willing to help place this bum in front of a judge will be much appreciated.
