I just came across a Rip off Report for Creative Images on google and had an experience with this same person several years ago. My son graduated in 2008. My son's Senior pictures were done by her. While they weren't as horrible as the other report states, they were not worth paying for. They were the quality of pictures a friend with a photography hobby would do for free. They are not professional quality. Same messy house, Big Red spilled on the floor, etc.. Same chaos. Unprofessional I wouldn't recommend to anyone, but if that doesn't bother you and you want amateur photos for cheap, this would work for you. I wouldn't go to her again. I don't think she is in business any longer, but I do know that she is married now and goes by Kelli Pfaffenberger so if she continues business or opens a new one it will be under this name so just be informed.
