Keyless4u sent me my replacement key for my volvo and it did not work. I read the return policy before i purchased knowing it might not work and i was well within the return limit. So i emailed keyless4u and sent them the key back after they sent me a return # and they answered me and cooperated great to receive there product back in perfect condition. 3 weeks later i never received my refund so i reach out to customer support who asked for proof of return( tracking number) which i had no problem providing right from my usps account that said received. They returned a email saying let me see if someone grabbed this and i will get back to you. After this has happened i checked there reviews and they have no good reviews all bad guess i should check that from now on. Do yourself a favor if you are reading this and they have done you wrong dont hesitate to write a report because im sure there will be a lawsuit coming.
