I am posting this information solely as an effort to inform others about this attorney so that perhaps they will not be deceived and taken advantage of as I was. Everything I write here, and on my website, is truthful and can be confirmed via all the evidence and correspondences I retained.
I am an older widow who hired Rachel Khirallah to represent me in an unusual, but straight-forward case. In genuine good faith I trusted her assurances that she would work promptly and diligently in my best interests and fight to win my case.
After 18 months of needless delays, she literally threw my case away the day before her deadline to answer discovery. She dismissed the parties, did not speak over the phone or meet with me, waffled in emails, abandoned the case, and literally left her client in limbo.
I later discovered that she WILLINGLY and DELIBERATELY failed to disclose to me that the very law firm representing the primary party in my case was her previous employer AND that they represented that same party before and during her period of employment.
That failure to disclose negatively impacted my case and thus, I was not fairly represented from day one. She violated some of the rules of conduct of her profession, she betrayed me, exploited and violated my good faith, and destroyed my lawsuit.
I am a widow and this attorney made me trust her - and then she totally, completely BETRAYED me.
I would not recommend Rachel Khirallah to anyone seeking an ethical and competent attorney.
