1. Long story short , Josh the sales person put 9000 miles on my paper work for my 2013 kia rio and there was 14,897 miles and they would not change it.
2. Dashboard. head, tail lights and radio continue to blow and will not work.
3. Sam who is over kia of union city refuse to honor my contract which includes my warranty.
4. After taking the car back to kia of union city 8 times in two months Sam called the police on me and told me not to never come back there. He got in my face as if he was going to hit me and to be honest I do not want to go back there. He called me trash and an ignorant *****.
5. I have filed a complaint with Governors office of consumers affairs and with the state, just to find out they can not really do anything because kia of union city is a franchise.
6. There corporate feel as if nothing is wrong with the car.
This is absolutely a rip off and ridiculous. I was told the lady that had the car before me was caucasin and she returned the after two weeks and they traded her out. But I am african American and they will not give me another car. Really? I will not stop here . If I was caucasin or a man , none of this would be. I will be contacting eeoc and then the news.
