seven months or more, I continued to contact her wanting to know where my order was.
The bag at 850, Vest 150. (cuff and leash) she said I bought at 175.( I didnt, however, went along as some days I do
forget a bit, due to my disability), and a Furoshiti at 125..
At this point, I was leary of this person, who made more claims than one could ever imagine. She sent me a bag
that had been used....a vest that was not at all what was promised, infact it didnt fit the dog....theee

Before ordering, she sent many of us on facebook, footage of her sewing in her studio ....showing us all the lavish fashion events, using models, displaying rich meals of Lobster and seafood, her many dogs, and oh yes her Moon Salt website.
I watched her utube videos, showing her flagship store...was told endless stories of her travelling Aetlier which was near completion.....enabling her and staff .
I might add when I paid the bill I noticed I had been overcharged by about 100.00 or so.....which I assumed she charged
for mailing however she told me shipping was free.
The ordered arrived the bag was not ok, being a seamstress myself...it was clearly, very inferior. My very small dog could ride in it, however It would buckle under the stress of both small dogs, which she guaranteed, would be just fine for both.
The way in which these bags are made, is indicictive of mass production in other countries. The materials, questionable. The fashion logo, which she claimed to apply crystal for crystal herself, she later forgot and referred to them as
"stamped" which I'm sure is mass production feature.
The vest didn't fit the dog, and when I messaged her she became so irate, at which time, I just decided to wear it on another dog of more size. The fur she used to trim these products was highly cheap looking, ruining the total look of the bag.
The vest had no logo, which I was charged for.....the cuff and leash matched the vest. A couple of
embedded crystals ( or so claimed by kiki) stones of some kind. I asked why no logo, she claimed
the vests don't come with logos like the bags, although her website is where I saw the logo vest. Always an
answer. Always an angle. There were loose threads, uneven stitching, and the Furoshiti I paid 125.00, carried a vile
stench.The material is very cheap, see through thin material, liken to that used in China for cheaply mass produced items
of various :smelly nature. In closing let me say, I would have gone to battle with this woman, however I am battling my
own diseases and am disabled.....I chose to delete her, swallow the cost, and fix or reinforce the bag and vest in time.
A far cry from the designer quality I was promised. An exorbitant amount of money , for product that needs fixing.
If I was given the opportunity for full refund, in a heartbeat I would say yes !
I ordered 3 custom made dog carrier bags from Kiki Hamnn in August of 2014. They were to be custom made from the jeans and accessory articles I was to send her that belonged to my son who had passed away in July 2014. They were to be momentos for my daughters. That is where the phrase "custom made" took on its importance because they were to be made from items and clothing that I sent her that had sentimental value. I asked her if she wanted me to send her a box with the accessories and clothing to her at this time, in which she responded, "No that the chance of them being lost or misplaced prior to her needing them would be great, she would have me send them when she was ready to create them." Prior to any notification to send them I was informed of many unhappy customers, some of which never received their orders from Kiki, others who were finding the base of their bags were made of fed ex boxes covered in material. I became very apprehensive of this transaction as I was paying $2,000 for this order and was concerned as to wether I would ever receive the bags or the items I had sent her back. Therefore, at that time I notified Kiki that I was going to be cancelling my order being that this was not your usual order and had alot of emotional ties to the belongings being sent. She in response claimed she understood and offered to refund my money in full, as the order had to be paid in full before she would accept the invoice. She told me to think about her offer and to let her know my decision but begged me to re-consider. The next day, I notified her that I would be accepting her offer to refund my money and she informed me that her offer was only good for the day before. Kiki has since tried to send me 3 off -the -shelf jean dog carrier bags which are meaningless to me at the cost of $2,000, of which I never ordered. My bank advised me not to accept any deliveries from Kiki as what she was sending me was not what I had ordered. I refused delivery two times. She has my money and I have nothing. Kiki has done this to many people in different ways, I am just another one of her ripe offs.
You recalled payment 2 times first from paypal and after losing dispute recalled credit card and lost once again for attempt of fraud. Even though your order was shipped and refused 3 times by you as by the post office official documents.
This Designer contacted me regarding a puppy that I owned. She asked to Trade merchandise from her Business in trade for the Puppy. I was given cheep made products and only 1/4 of what was owed on the trade. When I asked to collect the other owed she claimed that he was not a fit dog in her opinion as he per her only had one testicle. How ever he's been her model all along. I asked to be paid and was told not going to pay. They have now left the state of Florida we to Texas. Now I find out she's breeding this boy and selling his pups as designer owned dogs for big $$ . I was never paid one dollar for this dog. I also Won a Harness in front of many people at a party in her home for her dear friend. When I have e mails and asked about the harness I get not reply. These people are running a scam jod on lots of people. They don't send out products that they were paid for. And if you get an expensive leather bag better check it inside out. I have personally seen a postage box used as the inside support and vinyl bags come when you ordered leather. I to this day have an unpaid invoice from PayPal that they never paid me.
I questioned Kiki on this and all receipts from you were presented and revised as legit, as well as your emails to her saying how happy you were with her products! Why people lie crazy like that?
