On 2/21/2014 I made a purchase at kiwidrug.com for medication. The communication with them went well for a little 2 weeks. The medication I ordered was on back order due to issues at the manufacture site. They said they would upgrade me via email, after some research I discovered this "upgrade" was actually a generic equivalent and the price was considerably less. I agreed to the switch. 2-1/2 weeks passed and I received an email from them stating the echelon was returned. I went online to my bank and my statement reflected the payment was taken out of my account in the amount of $233.22 on 2/25/2014. I emailed them and told them I would follow up with my bank and get back with them. The next day I went to the bank and they said there has been no such return. I emailed them and I received a response stating, great news your email has been forwarded to our management team and they will get back to you with 1-3 business days. 12 days passed at that point before I received any reply. The email said your invoice has been marked as paid and we will get you a tracking number shortly. I never received an email though I went on to the site and went on my order history and it was marked as shipped along with a tracking number. I proceeded to track the project and it is not a valid parcel tracking number. It is now April 10th and I do not know what my options are other than ripoff report And posting reviews online elsewhere.
