On Novemember 1 2014, Korey Kunkel of KMACs concrete signed a contract stating he would build a slab foundation for me for $3800. He said he needed several "draws" or payments throughout the project. I started by paying him $2200 for all materials, etc but he kept calling asking for more even though the work wasnt getting done. As of now, he has partially dug a hole, has left heaps of garbage in my yard in addition to large ruts that his truck left in my newly planted grass, and he has not returned. It has now been 4 months since the contract states the work will be completed. I have paid him $3350 in total. Basically, He did the bare minimum to make me think he was gettin the job done so i would give him more money.
