LEASE & GO AT KMART IS NOTHING BUT A BIG SCAM JOB THEY SAY NO CREDIT REQUIRED BUT YET I DIDNT GET APPROVE AND YET I GOT A 20,000.00 CAR LOAN APPROVE WHATS UP THERE ISNT ANY COUSTOMER SERVICE TO TALK TO YOU AND THERES NO HELP AT KMART

For Christmas I searched everywhere for my daughter's doll, all local stores were sold out! A friend of mine found it at Kmart online and ordered it for us. It was said to arrive December 23rd in time fir Christmas.

Christmas came and went with no doll. When Kmart finallycontacted him on December 27th they told him he cancelled his order 2 minutes after placing it. Yet they took the money from his account.

From what I have been seeing they did this A LOT this year. Those who did receive orders got broken items or had missing pieces. I feel Kmart should be showed this is not ok abd we will not take this sitting down!

went to kmart.com was going to buy wizard of oz clock at store in ma said it was in stock in store went to the store same one, did not have what was said. still have it on thier site kmart.com but cant find it anywhere went to stores 100 times

I purchased a engagement ring, wedding ring, matching necklace, and earrings for my wive. The plan was to have a recommit ment Vermont on her birthday Christmas day. The jewelry was marked 85% off , and I was assured that it was real 14kt gold with 1 carat diamonds in the earrings, .15 carat in the ring,and .50 carat in the necklace for a total of 316.38 with a total savings of 1691.50. I went to have this merchandise appraised, and it's not 14kt gold or gold for that matter,and the diamonds are below indundustrial grade. I walked in with my receipt, and stickers still on the merchandise, only to be told all sales are final.The manager stated that he could not be of assistance, since all sales were final.

I am completely disgusted by the way Kmart runs their retail operation. I have spent 2 hours on different 2 days with their CS going around and around. 1st of all the problem starts with them taking the money out of my account, before confirming that they even have the product in stock. Neither Amazon, Walmart, or any other company I've dealt with takes the money until the item is ready to ship. 2nd I get an e.mail telling me I cancelled my order...I DID NOT!!! So I call CS to straighten out the mess they created. I am switched from one person to another having to explain the situation over and over. Finally I get a person who checks into everything, admits the item I wanted is no longer in stock, she offers a 10% discount for my trouble, BUT I can't reorder another item because my money is floating around in cyberspace after their refund. So I'm told just call back when the money arrives in my Paypal account, and get a rep to fix everything. Forward to today, the money is back in my Paypal account, I call CS go through what I wish to order, she needs to call shop your way, so I sit on hold while she does that, then she discounts the 10% and gives me my total. So now I breathe a sigh of relief, only to find out after all of this she can't let me use my Paypal account! That's where Kmart returned the money to!!!!! I'm on a fixed income and barely get by, so the money Paypal took from my bank for my first order, that Kmart couldnt fulfill, has my balance under the price of the new order..BECAUSE THE MONEY WAS RETURNED TO PAYPAL BY KMART!!! So now here I sit, order ready to go, and they say can't take the Paypal where my money now is. I told the girl forget the 10%, I've had it!!! Thay have now lost a customer, and I will spread the word, in person, and online. All because they took the payment before they verified that they even had the item in stock.
