Don t trust this company nothing but thefts, cheats, liars and crooks Knight Recovery was paid to tow my truck and they took it and when it was time to pick it up what a disaster. They truck had been ransacked they stole a pair of ray band sunglasses worth $375.00 a gold necklace I just got fixed that my little girl just got for her baptism priceless and $102.68 in cash that was left in the arm rest by mistake in a new pack of gum was taken. When I picked up the truck I was forced to pay an inventory list for $50.00 that was sub post to indicate every item that was in the truck and he said I can only pay cash. When I gave him the cash he gave me a blank piece or paper that said I picked up the truck when I asked him “why isn’t it filled out “ replied by saying” I didn’t have time but I can fill it out but you have to wait a few hours and ill try and have it done”. I told him just get me my truck back I then waited another hour and a half for him to give me my truck. When I got my truck back I inspected my truck and found out that the my glasses were missing and advised him that they were missing he replied by saying “I got glasses and I wouldn’t take them” I advised them they where there and have never moved from that location. I started to inspect my truck and he then said “I have to go please move your truck” so I did I followed my ride that took me home and when I arrived inspected my truck and found all these items missing. I them called them and told them all these items were missing and they replied by saying” none of our guys could of taken then” I told them I have cameras and on my system it shows that the glasses are there and I would email them a copy video so I said they said “we will call you back “and never did. I was at a shopping center in Lynwood where I seen one of their employees there with his family ( same gentlemen that was in the truck) were I seen him wearing the sunglasses and his daughter wearing the necklace. I called the company and they said “their employees don’t take items from there tows” and they would call me back they never called back. Don’t trust these company there not worth your business or the accumulating of a bad rep for using their service. I have found 28 more people that have gotten burned for the same reason and are working on filing something with the county and there bond. Stay away
