I purchase two purses and wallets for a Christmas and Bday gift. I have waited for 3 weeks and have not recieved my products. When I went to try to contact the web site there was no phone numbers only email, I have sent 5 emails and have not heard anything back from them. I have been checking on reviews and discover that the purses and wallets are fake, and other people has never recieved their merchandise and unable to speack to anyone. Today I was able to do live chat and when i inform them that I have not recieve an shipping confirmation and was checking my order they told me that only one order was process but the other transaction was not complete. By the time I try to respond the live chat went down and instructed me to send an email. While I was confirming the transaction with my bank I had discover that the transaction was made by (Cn-Bj Lysh Limted Shanghai Cn)and the other transaction with my credit card was made by (made in China.Cshanghai). So I sent an email cancelling my order and requested my money to be refunded or I was taken legal action. I am seeking advice to get my money back and to stop these people from ripping anyone off again. Its ashame here it is at Christmas time and I am very limited to money and was trying to buy my daughter a nice gift.

ripped off

They get no stars, if I could give the a negative 10 stars I would... My situation is as all the others above.. my order was placed Dec5 , card was charged on the 8th and I can get no straight cleat answer from ANYONE. I get an automated email asking for a order number when I gave them order AND invoice number in the first email initiated... They send a response saying need number to help.

This is lowest of the low and I hope someone finds a way to trace and track them down and they get what karma has to dish out...

I am just LIVID, this was a gift for my baby girl...

NEVER DELIVERED

Ordered a purse for a Christmas present in plenty of time, cannot get a reply to any emails and I have sent 3. Cannot find a way to contact them via phone, number listed on the web goes directly to a voice mail that has not been set up. Seeking advise to get my money back and will do nothing but give them bad reviews. I work hard for my money and for people to do this is disgraceful. Contacting my bank as well. This is just horrible, should know better to trust sites like this.

Crooks!!!!

Same thing as the prior post. Placed an order. I received an email saying they received my order and they would send me another email when my payment posted and then the order would ship. I checked my bank the next day and the payment was taken out of my account. I waited a few days and no email about my payment and shipment. I emailed them. No response! I went on their website and initiated a live chat. The person told me that they never received my payment. I told them BS I have a reference number and my bank said the money was sent. All the sudden the live chat went down. I emailed them two more times and nothing. It's Christmas and this is the only gift my daughter wanted? Now what?

Took my money, never delivered!!!

If I could give this company negative stars, I would. I placed an order on November 29th for $105. Also, never received a conformation number. I initiated the live chat with "Maria". Told her I never received an order number. She proceeded to ask for an order number anyway. Explaining to her that I ordered a purse and a wallet and wanted to know the status. She said I had no pending orders and could not look it up without an order number. I provided the transaction ID from my bank, and she said she could not help me. I will be disputing this with my bank. NEVER NEVER NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! THEY ARE A RIPOFF

I purchase a purse from this company in December. When it arrived two to three week later it was not at all as advertise or even what I ordered. It was suppose to be a Michael Kors bag yet had no indication that it was a Michael Kors bag.

I then returned it two day later and as of January 9, 2015 no response, no credit refund..Nothing.

I have email over 10 times no response at all. I cannot find a phone number to call so I continue to email. As of Monday I will contact my credit card company for a refund. I am tired of dealing with them.

I think they have horrible customer service and should be out of business. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Horrible company...Fake comapny. I am very disappointed. They had no trouble taking my payment but sure having a hard time with a refund.

I made an order and was given an invoice number followed by an order number both via email. Then I was sent a notice stating my order could not ship because it was to a post office box but in fact my address was to a rural route box. I replied to the email explaiing my address and I have also went back to the website to file a complaint. None of my complaints have been addressed and I have not heard from the company in any form. They have taken money out of my account for the purse I ordered.

Fake purse and didn't get the Rayban's!

I ordered a purse and I waited and waited for my purse. I had several live chats with them. I was told purse was held up in customs and another one would be sent out. The next time I contacted them I was told carrier lost my purse and I would get a refund. A week later no refund. One week later I received a very poor quality fake. I had also ordered 2 pairs of Rayban's on December 3rd. When I was checking on purse I was told that the Rayban's would definitely be there before Christmas. I received 1 pair on December 18th and still have not received the other pair. I send a few messages every day and on two emails have asked for my order number. When I email my response I get nothing! Surely something should be done about this scam! These were supposed to be Christmas presents. I'm so disappointed.

I wanted to order my mom a purse from michael kors. i never recieved the purse, they took my money. and now the websit is shut down.. now what.. they just ruined my christmas.. this totally is aweful. i paid 74.99 plus another 2.00$ charge, for them to take my money. i certianly hope something gets done about all the rip-offs these people hae done to everyone.

My experience with korsmall.com is similar to previous reports. Ordered two handbags on Dec. 4. Immediately received two confirmations via email - one for purchase and one for confirmation of payment. Confirmation said 7-9 business days for delivery. On December 23, I have still not received anything from them and repeated emails via their web site have gone unanswered.

My credit card statement showed an international transaction fee associated with the purchase which I found odd since the company's web site said they were in CA.

I have not tried calling their customer service chat but have filed multiple complaints against them with the Federal Trade Commission and the BBB.

I am curious if anyone ever did receive their orders from this company?

I place an order on Dec.4, which was for a MK pocketbook, wallet, and a pair of earrings totaling 144.92. I have not recieved my items and the company has not returned any of my emails. In the confirmation email they sent me it state that the items would be here in 7-10 bussiness day. Iam still waiting For the items, but i have a feeling they are not coming, i know some things for China take a lil minute to get here. I have 4 kids an i am a full time student i really need the items or my money back. Just check the mail its still not here.
