Worst customer service EVER!!!

She will make you wait week after week before even getting back to you .

Looks like this clothing company is being run by only ONE person .

I started following Kourvosieur apparel because one of the popular fashion Instagram accounts (@fashionclimaxx2) had featured one of their dresses. I assumed it was legit. So, i ordered a dress that was $315 (including tax), and they sent me something saying it should be here by Nov 1st 2014.

Nov 1st came and went....I sent an email to them asking if they know the status of the dress.....she responded saying ' im expecting them to be shipped tomorrow so i will receive soon i will let you know. I promose' (shouldve known not to trust someone that can't spell or use grammar properly). So, I waited until 2 days later and emailed again, asking for the status....then they went dark. No response for days. I tried emailing again. There is no phone number...no other way to reach them.

So, I went back on Instagram to see if there was anyone else having this issue and felt like they needed to express themselves....and low and behold, someone had the same complaint 12 minutes before I made the same comment which just said 'Hey, can you let me know when my order is epected to be here, otherwise I need to find another dress for my occasion'.....1 minute later, it was deleted. And so was the other girls response. They must have someone deleting these things all day....and playing defense for them, which is scary considering they are a small online boutique. Why would you have someone deleting comments or responding to ripoffreports all day? Shady. I mean 2 minutes later?!?! Crazy. Maybe another idea would be for them to send the dress, and respond on IG, so that people can see this is a real business, with real problems, with real customers, with real answers and solutions.

Then I get an email saying the money will be refunded and no answer as to where the dress is. So, I went online and googled 'Kourvosieur Apparel Reviews'...and then I see it...people having the same issues as I am....and the other girl 12 minutes before me on Instagram, that they erased too.

Eventually, the truth will come out. You cant build a business and a strong brand on lies and deception. If you didnt have the dress, just let me know. People will be more upset when you try and steal from them and continually lie, deny and cover it up. Stop being weird.

I'm sure this will happen to many people after me, and it clearly happened to many before me. I just hope they decide to either stop what theyre doing, or come clean about their business model. People dont like it when you eff with their money and they like it even less when its online and they dont have as much control.

In hindsight, I shouldnt have ordered a dress from somewhere that didnt even have a phone number. I honestly didnt even think of it. I trusted an Instagram account that had a lot of followers, but I will let fashionclimaxx know that they probably shouldnt be promoting this brand until they get it together.
