An offer from Life Extension (which I like and trust) came for La Dermanique Anti-Aging Face cream. There was a 2.95 shipping charge. I was not aware at that time that if I do not call and return at least 50% of the crème, I will get involved in automatic monthly payment/shipment for $87.63.

Few days later I received two e-mails regarding the order number and that the product has been shipped. There was no phone number to call back, there was no mentioning that in 10 days or so I will be charged $87.63 Today my bank card call me to ask me if I have authorized a purchase placed today for about $87.63. I said no, and not to accept any charges from that company.

I got the number from the bank credit card representative and called the company selling La Dermanique. I was on hold for about 15 min. The female customer service representative told me that I clicked the box regarding terms and conditions that clearly stated that I will be charged that amount after the 14 day trial. I said that I even have not opened the bottle, and was unaware that such a charge would apply, otherwise I would not have ordered the bottle only to return 50% of it later on. The lady was very courteous; I was upset about wasting my time.

She explained that she will agree for a full refund if I at my expense return the bottle with at least 50% of the cream present. I asked her what was the purpose of that - they should not sell the other half of the used product, and if this was too much to use with the trial, why would not they send half of the cream to start with anyway. This would save me time and return back charges. I knew immediately that I was dealing with a company that even if I liked the product I did not want to do business with. I also new that the lady was doing her job, but it was difficult to hold my anger realizing the sleazy business practices the company she worked for used.

I asked her if I open the bottle and use half of it in order to see what was inside and at the same time make sure they can not sell it to someone else using the same practice, would I still get the refund. She replied that they already know that I told them that the bottle was unopened and I was doing it to hurt the company. On my next question, if they record this conversation, she answered ""yes"". When I asked her why I was not told that the conversation is recorded, she replied that since this is done for internal training purpose they are not required to do so. Why was I not alerted for that? Her supervisor later on held on to the same position regarding recording a conversation without notifying the other party. The conversation took probably 20-30 min.

I asked to speak with her supervisor. We went pretty much through the same issues in heatting exchange which obviously upset him (to be fair I would have been upset if I was in his shoes, but I would have not taken a job with a company like that). The supervisor defended the company all the way; did not appear to be apologetic at all, and ""could not understand why I thought the business practice was deceptive since I clicked on the box that stated I have read the 3,856 words ""terms and conditions"" document. Legality and formality was all that mattered to him, the obvious intent was immaterial.

I went back to the web page to see how can I miss such a clearly posted terms and conditions.

On page https://www.lacremeskincare.com/trial/index.php?AFID=96&SID=16&utm_source=96

there is a ""Tell us where to send your trial order"" section on the upper right site of the page. There is ""terms & conditions"" all the way at the bottom of the page, where on a 24 inch monitor I had to hit Page Down keyboard three times. Clicking on that ""terms & conditions"" will pop up the window containing the 3,856 words document. You were not required to do so, there was not a check box at that point. After you filled out the ""Tell us where to send your trial order"" with you personal information and click the ""Order now before the trial expires"" button, another page opens asking you for the credit card information. There is NO check box I can see at that point to check on that you have agreed on the ""terms & conditions"". However, at the bottom of the page is a 171 word paragraph using small font regarding regarding the $4.95 S&H charge and the 14 day period window to return the cream. Very easy to miss.

Again, there was not a check box on this page regarding terms and conditions. At that point, I stopped entering my credit card information. If the check box, that you have read the terms and conditions, appears after that, I do not know. But even if it does, is this the time to agree on something, after you already paid for it? The intent is unmistakable.

I have the following questions:

1) If the 14 day trial offer was so clearly stated, why then would I pay S&H and have my bank call me for confirmation because this was a red flag to bank? I wasted more than an hour talking to a company representative who would not even acknowledge that there is a problem, and then go to the post office, return the unopened product at my expense, get a tracking number and ""make sure that the product is received back by May 5, 2014, otherwise I would have to pay the 87.63 charge, even if this is a delay caused by the postal service"". Is this a company you want to do business with?

2) The ""clearly stated"" terms and conditions is at the bottom of the page, using the smallest fonts on the whole web page. Clicking on it shows me a 3,856 word (19,406 no space characters) document. Do I really need to know all that information (provided the company wanted me to readily find and I missed) in order to get a Anti-Wrinkle Cream?

3) If the company wants me to use only half of the cream before I can ""cancel my subscription"" in 14 days trial period (which according to the customer representative lady may or may not be enough to evaluate the benefits of the crème), why not send me half of the crème any way? Do we need to get a pharmacy scale to measure the exact weight of the content left? Not according to the male supervisor - they will just eyeball it. Suddenly, prudency is not that important.

4) Is it too much work to remind the customer that his credit card will be charged $87.63 on a monthly basis starting tomorrow or in few days, just in case the customer missed that? If I realy wanted to continue to receive the product, and my credit card be charged $87.63 on a monthly basis, I should be able to do this with some effort on my own; I do not need the ""automatic help"" of the company.

Obviously, the company put a lot of thought about selling you a facial crème for a $87.63 monthly charge you may not want, hoping that the customer will miss the ""clearly written 19,406 character document"".

How long would it take for these people to understand that a good product and price drives customer in, the perception of deception drives customers out and a pip off attempt is not a good long term business plan?

I saw charges on my bank statement that had just letters and a phone number -- but not able to determine what those charges were for, I called the number and the voice response said, "Thank you for calling customer service and your call will be answered in the order it was received". I still didn't know who I was calling. I waited 20 minutes for someone to pick up. When I found out that I was charged $97.88 for what I was led to believe was simply a trial bottle for only the shipping cost of $2.95, the representative told me I was outside the 14-day trial period and I had to pay the $97.88 for the 30-day bottle of product (a small bottle). I read the rep the Terms and Conditions and it said I could get a refund within the 30-day period of ordering. I also read to him the paragraph that I would be sent an email from the company to ask whether I wished to continue. The rep's only response was that he could offer me a 35% credit only -- not the entire amount.

It is completely misleading and unfortunate for innocent people to "buy-into" scams like this. a bottle of La Derminquie offers a trial bottle if you pay $4.99 shipping. No where does it say you have signed up for auto ship. In fact in their own words, they are supposed to send you a link to apply if you want it:

By placing my order, I agree to the Terms of Offer, which explain this is a one time $4.95 discounted bottle that will be shipped within 48 hours of purchase. After 14 days of your initial order, you will be emailed an order reminder with an order renewal link that will allow you to order again. The price for a 1 month supply is $97.88. You are not obligated to purchase after you receive your discounted order and you can cancel anytime by calling 1-844-670-0740.

There was no reminder, no email, just money taken from my bank account. They ripped me off and many others that I am seeing here.

PLEASE stop this company from continuing to fraud innocent people like me.

La Dermanique offered a free trial. Then they claimed to ship one order, which I never requested or received. Everything they sent was unidentifable. In other words, NO contact info leading back to them! Fortunately Cassie's report on this site gave me everything I needed to cancel. And since they claimed to have sent me another order I asked for a return and cancelallation number. They gave me a cancellation number, but said the return number was too long to give me now. I said I am not an idiot, give me the number! Then I called the charge card company, put the 2 orders in dispute, giving all the info to the rep. They suggested sending me a new card and that would protect me from future charges. I DID THAT! In the meantime I will NOT have to pay the disputed amount of $171.00. WHEW!

scam

I ordered the 4.99 for a sample then they billed 150.00 my card and it was all in the fine print that if you dont cancel in 14 days they will bill you all these extra charges. So i Called and the customer service rep was rude stating you check the box and we will not be giving a refund this is a scam do not order this product. Worst customer service they just want to take your money they need to be sued for the misrepresentation. Never used the products and will make sure that this company is shut down.

I ordered what was suppose to be a "free sample" for only $4.99 shipping and handling from la dermanique and lumera total. I looked all over for underlaying cost and found none. The only terms was "I had to be 18 years old".

I recieved my visa statement and had been charged $97.88 x's 2 as I ordered 2 samples of wrinkle cream from la dermanique. ( phone numbers for the scumb bags were on each charge as followers; 844-670-0738 and 844-670-0740 for 844670074dermanique.) and 1 payment, for eye cream from lumera total was $87.67 ( no phone# given, just [email protected] was give for a contact) and 1 payment to 8446700738mracmple for $65.75, for the same eye cream. I recieved a tolat of 4 bottles that ended up totaling $319.18, that was only suppose to be $19.99.

I had to make 3 phones calls to cancelled this crap,as by the way, it doesn't work. The reps were were nice and tried to be helpful, dermanique gave me 50% off each wrinkle cream order and said I would be getting two emails in about an hour to comfirm, when I asked for a comformatiom number. The lumera total offered nothing back, just said my 14 free day trail was up and it had been over 30 days since I ordered. the trans.

date was 05/19/2014 and post date was 05/20/2014, on 3 orders and T.D 05/22/2014 and post date 05/23/2014 on one, so you don't even get 14 trial days before 30 days are up. to make a long story short, I could not return it, as my time had expired and the bottles had been opened. You come bank it, I will be calling better bussinss and consumer protection of the state of illinois, and my credit card company!!!

Ladermanique

It's a gimmick. They sell you the first bottle stating it's a cost of $4.95. Then state you have 14 days to cancel future shipments at the price of $97.00 dollars. WHAT THEY DON'T TELL YOU IS THE TRIAL FOR $4.95 GETS CHANGED TO 97.00 IF YOU DON'T CANCEL IN 14 DAYS. Sad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you like the product they scam you on the trial. Buy it from Amazon.com its $29.00 for the same bottle. Scamming never gets you anywhere!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am unable to get my refund or to stop this company from shipping me more merchandize. They did cancel 1/2 of the 2 part combination but are still sending me the eye serum that I requested to be canceled back in April.

I also ordered the trial for Le Demanique and Lumera from Facebook and did not see the auto shipment detail in the order. My bank notified me, thinking the order was fraud. The trial is for 2 weeks from the date ordered so I tried to cancel the auto ship right away. I tried for days to reach them by phone but each time would be placed on hold for long periods of time. After 8 days of trying without ever speaking to a person I emailed both companies stating I wanted to cancel the auto ship.

At 14 days my credit card was charged for the auto shipments, $97 for Dermanique and $68 for Lumera. Again I tried to reach them by phone with no luck so I emailed both companies again without a reply. I saw the previous post about Le Dermanique and Lumera on this webiste so I wrote a letter to the Attorney General of South Carolina and to the Better Business Bureau of Greenville, SC outlining the situation. I then wrote letters to Le Dermanique and Lumera demanding my credit card be credited and that auto shipments stop; I included copies of my emails to them both and copies of the letters to the Attorney General and the BBB,

Three days later I got a phone call from a Supervisor of the companies informing me that I would be credited for all charges and the auto shipments would stop. She stated that since I had included emails sent during the 14 day trial period I did qualify for the cancellation and reimbursement. She advised they had not reviewed my emails in a timely manner because they were 'short-handed.' She said it might take up to 3 business days for the credits to appear on my account. She failed to mention anything about the BBB or the Attorney General.

Its a shame that consumers have to be so wary of ordering online. I always take care to avoid offers with auto shipments because they tend to be hard to get out of. The product in question, the face and eye serum, tended to dry my skin so I wouldnt have ever reordered it in the first place.

Good luck to anyone else who got tricked by this company. You might try writing to the Attorney General for SC and the BBB for assistance.

As a gift I was offered the La dermanique anti-aging face serum. I was required to give my credit card number for shipping and handling and, in providing that information I made certain that I was not agreeing to any automatic shipments of the product. Despite this, the company sent me the product again. Without opening the box, I "returned to sender." Despite their receipt of the returned product, they charged my credit card in May. When I called to explain that I had not signed up for automatic receipt of the product, I was informed that because I had not called prior to returning the product, that they would not refund my money. Regardless of repeated efforts to explain that I had not signed up for this product, I was told that it was my fault because I had not called prior to returning the product.

La Dermanique and Lumera Eye Serum Skin Care products - On 15 May 2014 I signed up for a 14 day "Free Trial" offer of their skin care products which required a $4.95 shipping and handling fee for each of the 2 products being offered. You had to use a credit or debit card to make the purchase. Nowhere on their website does it say anything about automatically being enrolled into a monthly automated purchase unless canceled before the 14 day trial period expires.

I didn't receive the "Free Trial" products until the 28th of May, although the website says products are usually shipped within 1-2 days. Subsequently without my knowledge or permission, on 30 MAY 2014 La Dermanique and Lumera charged my account for $97.88 and $87.67 respectively. I am assuming that is for additional product which I didn't order, receive (as of 09 June 2014) or even wanted!

All calls to the number (844-670-0740) listed on their website

Stated they would charge $495 for the trial bottle and after 14days the bottle would be 97.00. If you didn't want to cancel in the 14days they would continue the shipments. If you canceled within 14days, they would cancel future shipments. They charged me 97.00 for both bottles and I never received the 2nd bottle. Now they say it up to me to locate it. Its a scam, just read all the comments!

HELP!! How do I get out of this FRAUD

I am a senior and can not afford to be taken for the amount of money that they are charging me directly out of my account. I understood that it was for 1 trial sample at nothing to do with renewing. I live in Canada so the amount is even more than the stories above.

Why is there no answer to the phone number? Why is the Government not helping people that are being taken?

I am at a loss as to how to fight this across the border. I ordered the samples only in good faith.

Call your credit card company and deny the charge

By using your credit card, you protect yourself from unauthorized purchases. Deny the change with the credit card company and let the credit card company know that you did not consent for the card to be charged for other than shipping and handling and to (this is important) DENY ANY FURTHER CHARGES From the company.

Stick to this and you will get them off your back. You will also get the charges reversed. Keep the ant charged in dispute until this is cleared up. Make the MINIMUM monthly payment on your credit card as usual and on time to keep this from hurting your credit as this is being sorted out. You will be refunded the amount paid towards the item's purchase price when this is sorted out. Hope this helps.

In May I received an email advertisement in my yahoo account for Dermanique, a skin care product which I looked at on my phone since we were traveling. While my normal policy is to get rid of such emails immediately, I gave this one consideration, as I have issues with my skin, and have tried many store bought products without success. This one seemed worth a try. After all, it was only $4.95 for shipping in order to receive a free trial. If it worked, I would happily order more. If it did not work, I was not out much, only $4.95.

I received the free trial, and tried the product. It did not work as I had hoped; my cheeks turned bright red and became irritated so I did not order any more. However, I was charged $97.88 and then I received another full order of the product, along with a charge on July 1, of $97.88 to my credit card . On July 1, 2014 while on vacation, I received the notification of a shipment being sent and emailed back that I had not ordered anything and to cancel it. The day I arrived home on July 8th the product was there with the mail and I immediately called the customer service number provided in the box, 1-888-312-7736, only to find out this number is not working properly (or maybe it is if they don’t want me to cancel). I made minimum of 15 calls through out that Tuesday that resulted in the same hold time with music, 2 to 15 minutes, and then I was disconnected or no one picked up. On July 8th, same day I returned home, I returned the shipment via US Postal Service, in the postage guaranteed box that was provided. I again tried to contact customer service to return the product, and this time the call went through, giving me complete static, and then disconnecting. I did some research on my own, and found a phone number different from the original number, 1-844-670-0740. (This number was found in a terms and conditions notice that was not included with my original email/paperwork.) I called this number and was put on hold for 11 minutes. I called back a second time and at 6:20 am, I finally got through to a woman, though her name was not given.

I have to say that the woman I spoke to was extremely rude. When I explained to her that the “Customer Service” number in the box (1-888-312-7736) was not working, she refused to accept that, or check it, or even try to understand. She demanded that it is working perfectly fine. I even repeatedly asked her to put me on hold and try the number, and she refused, repeating that it is working perfectly fine. I requested that any orders past or present would be cancelled, and a refund to my credit card to be given. She told me that they do not give refunds. I asked repeatedly, letting her know that I have tried MANY times to cancel this order. I sent it back. She was adamant that they do not give refunds, nor do they accept returns via US Mail without a special code given by customer service. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, she refused to allow it, stating that nobody there would give a refund. I explained that I did, in good faith, try to cancel this product but repeatedly got nowhere though my attempts followed the information given. I felt as though she was calling me a liar, when she just kept saying that the number works just fine, and refused to try it herself.

As the woman from Dermanique told me that they did not give refunds, period, I explained to her that I attempted to cancel the payments with the credit card. She then told me that they would give me no refund until Jessica from the credit card company called them. Later in the call she offered me a 35% refund, which I still did not find acceptable, (wait, didn’t she say they did NOT offer refunds?) since I was charged for an entire order that I no longer have, as it was sent back. I made many attempts to cancel. I feel that at bare minimum they should refund the second order of $97.88, though a refund of both charges of $97.88 I feel is fair if they stand behing their product. I am more than will to give them the trial sample back. There only concern is the 14 days.

I understand now, that there was (extremely) fine print, and that I should have cancelled within the 14 day trial period. To be honest I have been dealing with this nightmare for so long I’m not even should it was after the 14 days that I started trying to cancel this. Though, may I ask, would that date have made any difference since it was so severely difficult to get in contact with this company? I truly believe that Dermanique does not care about their customers in the least, and are truthfully just out to make money. I understand that I made a huge mistake by trying this product, as it has caused me much stress, and was not worth it in the end. (It probably has added stress lines to my skin, not helped it look better!) I feel regretful that I actually did business with a company that tries to scam its customers. I will be much more careful in the future.

I ordered a dual offer of Dermanique & Lumera anti-aging solution on 5-14-14 for a trial and payment of shipping only - $4.95 & $3.95. I received both and were charged $4.95 & $4.95. I never opened the boxes, as I decided not to try them. My next credit card statement contained charges of $97.88 & $87.67 respectively. I called my credit card company and disputed the charges. I called both Dermanique & Lumera and was offered a refund by Lumera, but was told by Dermanique that it was after the 30 days and I couldn't have a refund. These companies are in the same building, yet I was told they are not related (Dermanique) & that they were sister companies (Lumera).

The webpage has nothing about being charged after 14 days; nor does it say this signs me up for monthly charges. I should have taken a clue from my credit card company when they called after the shipping charges to see if they were mine or if I was being scammed.

I now must call my credit card company again to stay on line while they try to get in touch with these companies to request refunds. Oh, and by the way, the hold is 15-20 minutes before talking with anyone. I will return Lumera, but am not sure what to do with Dermanique.

If it seems too good to be true, then it probably is!

Being an "older lady", I was immediatly attracted to an advertisement for a miracle skin cream and eye wrinkle cream which appeared to be endorsed by Ellen Degeneres. They offered a free trial sample of each (for postage only). I thought...."what's to lose?". I received my lotions and proceeded to use it. About the time I noticed a charge on my credit card bill, I also received another package in the mail of the two creams. These bills were for over $150. I called the customer service number and told them to cancel all future orders, and to cancel my account. Now, I receive an email confirming that another 2 bottles of the miracle potions have been sent to me. I tried replying to this email,,,,,and of course, it comes back.

Today, I called the customer service number again and told them that I had already cancelled my orders. They informed me that Lumera and Dermanique are two different companies and that I had cancelled Lumera, but not Dermanique. Now, the address for the companies is the same, but the customer service numbers are different.

I hope that the word gets out about this and that no one else orders it.

I was reading a news fed regarding Ellan Degeneres. It was about cover girl fans being mislead. It went on showing before and after picture of her, stating she been using an anti wrinkle serums from Dr.Oz. It was saying that these two products use together was reason she looks so young. It ended with this: Free sample : Laderrnique anti-aging face serum, shipping only$ 4.99 Free sample: Lumera anti aging eye serum, shipping only I checked my emails to make sure there was no underline costs.

There was not.

I got both products, bottles are very small, but I aware it is samples. I check the box to make sure no additionals cost. their was not.

I checked my banking account charges from Dermanique WY $73.41 and $99.98 an $87.67 from CA. all are from 120 Smith Hines Rd. Greenville, SC 29607. I have not been able to reach them through customer service 1-888-312-7736. I have sent a email. Really hope I get my money back. There is no away I would have agreed to this. I am poor. wish me luck!

Border on fraud

Regardless of this products merits or lack of. This company is clearly setting its stall out to defraud people of their hard earned cash. Per the above offering a trial with no clear indication that you are required to take on a monthly charge and burying any detail in unreadable mouse print is legalizing a fraudulent company practice. Unfortunately this will stop people from trialing other genuine company's products. I have been duped by this company to the tune of almost $200. An expensive lesson and will never trial anything again that requires a credit card

On April 4, 2014, like a dummy I fell for a scam from La Dermanique. They bait you with a $5.00 “sample” – then one month to the day, they sent me an email saying “thank you for your purchase”…and that the ‘item was already shipped. I responded that I didn’t do any purchasing on May 5, 2014 because I was not near a computer the whole day and night since we were celebrating a 60th wedding anniversary. They have not responded to my email. They take no responsibility over the phone.

They have my credit card number and have charged my card. They did not include the amount of the charge in their email. But I called my credit card company and they did verify that 2 charges had been made to my card of $87.67 and $96.88. THEN I found out that not only do I have the 2 full charges on my MAY bill…but those charges are also on my April bill in the same amount…along with…the price of the sample. AND….that means that

1. I did not receive a sample, but rather they sent me the monthly shipment from the get-go and charged me for BOTH.

OR

2. They charged me for the sample and billed me the monthly charge but did not send out the merchandise.

OR

3. They charged a registration fee in the amount of the products.

Their product is not great…does not deliver what they advertise….not even with the biggest stretch of imagination. Even if it did – I am not that vain that I would pay $2,226.60 a year for face cream!! I could get a face lift for the price of a 2 year subscription!!

This company is the biggest scam since Maydoff! Do NOT get involved….and let your friends know about the scam so that they don’t get sucked in either.

Is there a class action suit against them? Anybody know? Perhaps we should start one and put them out of business.

This company La Dermanique offered a trial bottle pay only for shipping, then they billed my credit $97.88 for a monthly account that they claim was set up by me.

On 4/18/2014 I ordered the la dermanique anti aging serum free trial, all I was to pay was $4.95 for shipping. I received the product via USPS with only a slip of paper in the box with the product. A customer service number was listed on this piece of paper.

On 5/01/2014 la dermanique charged my card $97.88. I called to complain. I said I ordered the FREE trial and did not authorize additional charges or order additional product. Adrienne, cs representative, said I checked a box acknowledging I was 18 years of age and somewhere in that ""check box"" I agreed to be charged the full price if I didn't return the product within 14 days.I insisted that was false advertising. It was advertised as FREE. I have been instructed that the only way for me to get the $97.88 returned to me is to return the product before 5/17/2014 with the RMA number she gave me. I am returning the product. I will update this report if I get my money back or not.

I thought i was ordering a trial size skin cream from this company, but found out they charged my credit card $97.88 for a monthly charge which I never signed up for. These charges were never written in their advertisement. I called them and they ask them why they sent me anothern bottle which i did not ordered. They said return the bottle in 14 days and they would cancel my order and refund the money, but they did not after more than 3 weeks. I called again, but the phone does not ring anymore. RIP OFF artists.

La Dermanique is the worst scam I have encountered while buying products on the internet. I signed up for a free sample for the price of shipping and handling. Now my credit card has been charged $97.88 for this sample which the customerservice person tells me was a full 30 day supply.

Supposedly I agreed to the terms and conditions which were on the website. I sure didn`t see them. It was a teensy little bit of product that was sent to me in a heavy silver colored container. The only thing in with the shipment was a toll free number.

The day I got my credit card bill I called to complain....the man was not very helpful....he offered me his employee discount and then said the best he could do was to knock $60 off the charge. Needlesss to say I will be complaining to my credit card company and the consumer protection office for the state of Pennsylvania.

Now I also have to deal with ""Get Lumera"" which I am sure is the same scummy outfit. That charge is $87.67 on my credit card. I am stilll not sure if they were supposed to ship me additional product which I didn`t even receive.

Read all of the above

A TRUE UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICE COMPANY! Same situation as everyone posted above. Only thing was my representative offerred 35% then came back up to 50% refund...as a "Settlement on my account and I would not take any further actions against them''. If I agreed, they would process my refund. If I did not agree, the account would stay open! WHAT A SCAM! Can't believe I didn't check the website before I fell for it! And more stupid for not reading their 5000 word Tterms and Conditions in Font 2!

This company is nothng but fraud. I contacted them today, stated I did NOT check any box agreeing to a 6 month trial. I only agreed to the advertised $4.95 shipping trial. Now, I have to send the product back before I get a refund. I recorded the conversation because if I don't get my refund, I am handing this over to my lawyer. I will ship this out today by certified mail, where I know they signed and received for the package. I am not gonna tolerate this one bit. I will go all the way with this. Anybody else in interested in sueing this company, feel free to contact me. Thank you.

This product does what all of them do - promise the moon and deliver very little. Not only that, but I ordered on 3/11/14 on a 14 day trial basis, received the product on 3/17/14, called on 3/31/14 to cancel (14 days after receiving it and trying it). They wouldn't refund my money, saying the trial starts on the day you order, not the day you receive it. So based on that logic, if it took 15 days to receive the product I would have had to cancel it before I even tried it to get a refund. [Side note: I had ordered Lumera the same day (3/11), cancelled the same day that I cancelled La Dermanique (3/31) but received a refund from them.] This is nothing but a scam to get your money - don't order it!!!

I was contacted through my email, they were offering a trial

period on this product that was suppossed to make you look

younger in the face. It didn't work on me. All it did was make my

skin itch, and that was only using a vervy small amount. I next

found out that the $163.33 was taken out of my bank account without

any warning, emails, nothing!! It took me awhile to track down the

company to cancel my subscription and to ask for a full refund!!

At first the lady was hesitate and tried to get me to change my mind.

Then she tried to give me different promotional offers but I stood

my ground. I had to call a different number for the Lumera. She

gave me the same sad story. All I want is a full refund and be

done with them. I want my money back asap!!
