LA-Z-BOY Does not stand by their Inferior Products.
I purchased 2 of their best Leather Coaches
for over $3,500.00. I bought them from the LA-Z-BOY
store in Setauket, New York
The leather on one of the coaches started to flake.
The other coach although used in exactly the same
manner had no problems.
When I notified the LA-Z-Boy store in Setauket, N.Y.
they referred me to their Corporate Offices. The Corporate
Office did nothing but refer me to a Third Party Company
that would charge me to repair the defective coach.
What do I need LA-Z-BOY for?
Next time I will pay half the price and purchase my
furniture from Bob's Furniture in Lake Grove, New York.

I purchased a leather recliner in March of 2013. In June of 2014 by resting my head on the leather it wore a whole in the leather headrest.
Complaints to the dealter resulted in "sorry about that responses" Nothing we can do"". It is not under warrantee
Leather is obviously inferior
