Do Not Buy

I purchased a hp EliteBook 8560p from this company who I found on eBay. Almost four months after it came I received the blue death screen that said my system fan had failed. I contacted them and was informed that they only warranty their laptops for three months. Convenient. No local shops had this system fan because it was a special dual speed 4 wire fan. I eventually found one on eBay that was coming from China. I purchased and installed the fan. The laptop worked for 12 days after fix. What is the problem now? I took the laptop to a local repair shop that the entire motherboard needed replacing. As I have owned this laptop for almost 6 months and have only been able to use it for about 4, and now have put double the purchase price into making it work.

There is a reason that this company only warrants their laptops for three months and that is because that is how long they expect them to last. If I would have paid $50 more I would have a brand new computer with, admittedly, slightly less impressive specs, but I could at least use it. Now I have over $500 into a used machine that is worth ???

This is one of those businesses I kick myself for buying from.

do not buy from them

I purchased laptop for 193.00.i buy on ebay.30 day warranty .the first day I had it had trouble with the internet ,keep kicking out.contact them and tell me help me out they did not help me out,then 3 days after 30 day warranty it will not boot up at all.contact them tell and tell me there tech man will contact me still waiting..now I have to buy new hard drive and restore and recovery to fix it.it going 50.00 more to fix it.should have buy new one .if they don't help you report them bbb.org that what I did.

I purchased a Laptop of value 142 bucks from the seller..The seller noted he sent the Laptop through Fedex and package was delivered at home address.. I did not receive the package to date nor a refund of my money since the package was declared missing by shipping agent.The seller should have requested a signature at time of shipping for a package of high value so buyer can assume responsibility of the product..The seller failed to protect the buyers interest and so i could not get the package nor a refund..So as a consequence of the sellers irresponsibility, i am at a loss..I am very dissatisfied with the sellers business ..The seller lacks consumer trust due to its unprofessional business practice...I strongly would advice any potential customers out there to stay completely away from any type of merchandise purchase with this company..
