Please steer clear of this woman and her company. She is the most unprofessional woman I have ever been associated with. She treats her employees like they are incompetent She will ask you to do late work and not pay you for it and blame it on company policy. There are other company's out there that do the same type work and are much better in how they treat employees and are much more organized. You would be better off to search for another company and leave queen b alone
Real Estate Solutions owned by Laura Stuart is a total scam. They assign you work that is already late, ask for your help to get it done, then don't pay you because it is late. Then they disable your account so you can't get back on to gather information for further action. Dee Dee Hall, in human resources, claims to be a fine Christian woman. She said bad reviews were from inspectors who didn't turn in the master keys you are sent. I sent mine back. Guess shes just a fine Christian woman on Sundays. Karla Hadley who assigns the zip codes has no clue about what shes doing. If you need to take a couple days off and have the courtesy of giving them a months notice like they ask you to, they then take all your work away for the month. Then during that same month when they are behind they ask you to help cause the work is late. You do it then they don't pay you for it. They only pay 5.00 per house. They assigned me one that was almost in the next state over and was an hour away. They are clueless except when it is time to pay you which they don't.
