Ordered wrinkle creams - for trial- after seeing ellen degeneres advertisement- got product- saved receipt- no reference for price of product or mention i would be charged. Got my bank statement and noticed two charges- one for $88.28 not refunded and one for $89.73 refund received. I called both 800 numbers refusing charges. Only one responded - i hear they are connected- sounds like a similar connections between shoppers advantage and great fun scheme that got me too. Hopefully you can help. I have already made several phone calls and am currently out of the country until may so i can not follow up more than i already have.
I received merchandise I did not order my bank card was compromised I called the numbers that I had for this company and all I got in return was attitude yelling and very unprofessinal customer service people.
I spoke to at least 4 ndiffrent people about the returning my funds back to my account and they said return the creams that they had sent me I kept telling them I hadn't received any products, then they said it would arruve on January 12th and I called them and got a RMA# 43280528767323142 and sent it back on the same day on Monday directly to the post office and Wednesday I got box back RTS I called agin and asked to speak to a manger "Patrick" real piece of work and he said oh well take it up with your bank.
I had to call my bank to try to get my money back.
these people from this company are a ripoff but according to them they have backing from Dr. Oz who the heck is he.
