My foster sister and her husband ended up starting a fight with my father because he caught them trying to take us for everything. This fight ended up in my fathers death. My atty didn't want to hear about that. Neither did he want to hear about the $36,000 in outstanding debts that she ran up on us gambling.
Thought the will clearly stated 50/50 of which my father wanted to change but was killed for trying to do so. I am handicapted & disabled and my father wanted to see to it that I was taken care of. my atty ignored the will and made me sell everything and give the foster child all the money. This not only left me with Nothing but ate up my $12,000 savings.
The foster child got $46,000 in cash, $7,000 out of my fathers bank account, a vacation condo, $36,000 in outstanding loans, $10,000 life insurance and everything they could haul out of the house. I, his true son and heir not only got nothing but had to pay all the bills my foster sister ran up on us out of my own personal savings ($12,000).
I'm now homeless, broke and qualify as indigent. I qualify for food stamps, section 8 housing assistance, medicade, utility assistance and any other assistance the government has to offer. My atty is off to his vacation home and my foster sister is on her way to the Casino and I'm standing on a street coner begging for help!
