Then he talked me into continue and I said only if there are no more fees I refuse to pay any more then the retainer fee. Now they want another $7,000 dollars on top of that. I have repeated on the phone and in writing told them I will not pay and how they lied to me. They continue to send me bills. Plus I did not get anything that I would not have got with out a lawyer from the ending of the case. They are horrible and overpriced and add billing that is not true.
I was told one price plus I gave a retainer fee of 5,000 dollars, I told his office that I decided not to pursue the case I spoke to Mr. Ausman personally over the phone he said we should finish the case. I said I can not afford anymore I will continue if there are no more expenses beyond the reatainer fee he assured me there would not be. He lied. So now I won nothing got what would have got If I did not have a Lawyer. Now he wants another 7,000 dollars for stuff I never approved. I told him personally and the office in verbal and in writing I will not pay. They are horrible. Please do not use this company.
