I got my car in September of 2014 and I been having problems since I drove off the lot! My jeep was making squeaky noise, so when I called the dealership they accused me of hitting a pot hole. I had to get my truck towed to their dealership a few months after that because my ball joints were loose. So the man from the dealership called me and said I dont know why you bring this jeep in because nothing is wrong with it, I said yes it is my steering wheel is to loose I can barely control my car while im driving my tires feel like they are about to pop off and my jeep is squeaky. The man called me back 10 minutes later and said oh ok I see what you are talking about we will replace the ball joints but you have to pay us $206. A few months after I got my jeep back my axel broke due the fact that my ball joints wasnt put on tight enough so I just got my jeep towed back to the dealership yesterday I wish I wouldve never went to them never go to legacy motors on division st in arlington they are a ripoff!
I worked for the company they paid 17 a flag hour which isnt enough for the work they are asking for. So I asked if I could get more money they said no if het dosnt like it he can get his shit and leave so I got my stuff and left.
They didnt want to just pay me for all the workI done and the day I left it was pay day they write there own checks and they didnt want to pay me for all the work ive done .
Then they didnt pay me for a truck thatI worked on because it didnt run right n I told them the parts were bad n they said do it any ways well it was like a 19 hour job that I didnt get paid for.
So I left and now its thursday I call to see if my check is ready and they say there was a problem a car came back n we couldnt figure it out so we sent it to another shop n a wire was burnt that I installed n they charged us 300 dollars plus the tow bill of 150 so we r gonna have to deduct it out of ur check why I dont know so the second check was almost 30 hours n no pay check .
