I am seeking damages for false advertising and damages for what I am owed in total of $67.10. I placed an order January 4, 2015 for $30.77 and that order was canceled for some strange reason, and I was not compensated whatsoever! I never receieved a refund. When I called about a thousand times, I was finally able to get a hold of "Edwin Reyes" and he proceeded to tell me: "Whats the big deal? It's only $30!" What a dirt bag!
My most recent order was for $36.33 placed on June 17, 2015. I got an E-MAIL stating that my order was processing on June 20,2015. Then on June 23, 2015 I got a confirmation E_MAIL that my order was "shipped" when in all reality it wasn't shipped at all. THis dirtbag took my money and I have the bank statements to prove the transactions!
Furthermore. USPS tracking numbers I would certainly love to know. If he has no tracking number for the package he supposedly sent me, then that proves within itself that he did not ship at all.

About 6 days ago I went to this site for the first time. Purchased roughly $100 including $30 for overnight shipping. After not receiving or hearing anything other than money removed from my acct, I attempted to contact seller.
I never received any response. I never received the promised tracking info. Here I am several days later and I have not even received the purchased product. I have left several messages but nobody will contact me.
They left a phone number on the bank transaction but when you call its a voicemail that you cannot leave a message on. I have no way of getting my money back. No way of even knowing if this site was anything more than an elaborate scam that just sucks money out of peoples accounts.
My next step will be to contact my bank, then the BBB, and a free legal consult. I plan to make it my mission to insure these people are unable to do this to others, by any means. I am so tired of being ripped off time and again by these types. I do intend to travel to the address I found for this "company" to be listed at if all else fails.

the phone number provided isnt real and No one responded to my emails.
Thats it. total silence. I lose $300.00

I am making disputes to get my money back and Im trying to have his website taken down.
Its as simple as that. Dont buy from this comnpany.
