I have been a customer for many years and was refused Replacement glasses even after paying for the extended warranty the company sells. I thought i would be safe with these fools , but they did not help me out. I am on a fixed income and retired so i bought the warranty because they suck you into it. I had an accident with my specs and they refused to replace them. Now i have to use my old outdated pair. These people should be locked up, the bunch of them and throw away the key. I don't need this shit from snotnose , wanabee managers that think they know all and pick on the helpless people. Everyone do yourselves a favor and stay away from their stores.
