This is a scam tax preparation service. It is run by a husband and wife team. The wife Lesya Oliynyk does the actual work and the husband answers the phone and fields calls. I gave them my business and personal tax documents three months ago. I was told it would take about a week. I have to file back taxes and pay some penalties with the IRS and needed this settled pronto. I like to support local businesses and thought it would be a win win. Well it wasn't.
I didn't pay attention to the time. I called back after two weeks and thought of course they should be ready. They weren't. I said no problem but can you get them done asap. The husban said don't worry tomorrow evening. That is when the lies began. It's always a new story. They keep making excuses like they have some big corporate clients that need to get done first. Or they misplaced my paperwork. Sometimes they say it will be done by the weekend.
I have called over and over. They know my number and now avoid my calls. So I call them on a different number and they pick up the phone right away. I had my friend call them and they told her that they can't find my paperwork (after 3 months) and they will try to find it this weekend. I hd original receipts in the folder I gave them. So this is very bad for me. These people are terrible. Do not trust them with your taxes. And they will straight up lie to your face.
Do you have their adress by the way? I am also having problems with them. Paid them 450 to open a MC number and they didn't. And not picking up they're phones
