They will call you back in 24 hours plus 364 days. That is almost a promise. LifeSmart has no customer service but they will get back to you in 924 hours or next year which every comes first. Please don't buy a product from this company unless you are going to throw it in the trash after it expires,which should happen within 6 months. Just be warned very poor customer service after the sale in fact . Buy eden pure or some other brand heater but not life smart.
