I ordered a shoulder support that was misrepresented and did not fit
First I was told the product was shipped and would arrive in 14-25 days. When it did not arrive in this time, I complained and was then told the product was delayed and I should receive it any day. It finally arrived 6 weeks later!
When I opened the package it was a boy's size and not what I ordered. I complained and they said that was the only size that had but would let me keep it and give me a small coupon for my next order?
They refused to refund my money. Luckily, my credit card company stood by me and refunded my charge.
I orderd some ink on March 5th and they sent me an email saying they shipped it on the 16th of March. Ive been waiting almost a month and havent recieved it yet. I paid 27.52 for the product and the insurance also . I want my money back for it or im getting a lawyer and i will sue. Im very unhappy with this company and will not buy anything else from them.
My husband and I ordered two authentic looking Frozen dresses from light in the box for our 7 yr old daughter. One dress was $12 the other $15 the had free shipping until Nov 23rd we ordered on Nov 21 so our order should of been $27.00 but they charged me $42.99. Money cleared my bank and they sent me a confirmation email saying money cleared your order will ship in 3-5 days. Here is our confirmation email.

I got another on that same day that said we now owe $43.79 or we wont get our order and than last night I get another one saying I ordered last night and owe $57.29. I only made one purchase and that was Nov 21st of $42.99. It should of only been $27.00 because they advertised for free shipping till Nov 23rd. They are telling me to pay the $57.29 or I wont get what I ordered. There is no way to reach them and when I send them an email I get sent an automates email telling me to file complaint with light in box supervisor. I already made about 8 complaints and they keep sending me back same email to file a complaint with supervisor. I want these guys arrested and shut down. I looked online and found over 300 people who have been scammed as well from this company.
This company is really a ripoff. I order from them on line 3 weeks ago Light in the box that is, haven't received my mail yet. I rather get a refund instead of getting my purchased items if that's possible. Besides they have no number to contact them about your order. I really thank they been scamming people out their money. I will not visit the web site again.
