Charles Harper with Literacy Repair Services contacted me via email regarding my student loan debt. He presented himself as a Obama Plan Student Aid Relief advisor. He stated that he had some forgiveness plans to go over with me to help me with my student loan debt. This man was very unprofessional during his initial presentation and that little voice in the back of my mind said NO! Well, upon telling Mr. Harper that I would not be going with his agency and that I had chosen to go with another…..Mr. Harper FLIPPED! He has threatened to use my personal info against me and steal my identity. He has threatened to come to my home and take care of me and my mother. He has my ssn, name, address and bday. And I never gave him my info!! He already had it when he pulled up my student loan info! Mr. Harper is a one man show. How he has access to personal info such as loan info is beyond me??? Charles Harper is all over Rip Off Report. There are several other people who have delt with his harassment and this needs to be stopped! I have contacted my local law enforcement, the media, the US. Dept of EDU, The Better Business Bureau, the Attorney Generals office. This a**h*** is going down! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN! HE IS A FAKE!
I wanted to learn more about student loan debt forgiveness. Mr. Harper contacted me a few times via text and email. I explained to him that I am pregnant and have been really sick but I would get back to him when I could. Something seemed off about our conversation so I decided to look up the company he said he worked for. Originally said he worked for Student Loan Resolutions and when I looked it up, there were some questionable reports out there on the company.
I decided not to follow up with him and when he contacted me again I simply stated I was no longer interested. He replied with, "Why not don't you want to see if you can save money on your loans instead of acting sick?" I was so offended, I told him I would report him if there was anyone to speak to but his company is a joke. I then told him not to contact me anymore.
He continued to send multiple messages to me, "Listen b***** you don't tell me what to do I cary the ball sack aroud here", "and just so you know your mother was a joke when she had you". Make sure you check who you are working with when it comes to student loan recovery! Scary people out there and now this guy has all my contact information.
