I have been a member of Little Black Bag for a number of months now and have had nothing but trouble. The site is addicting and easy to purchase items on it, however, the company takes advantage of this and double bills on a regular basis, does not have the items you've purchased in stock and then does not give you credit for the items you purchased and never received.

They change prices daily and manipulate their site and customer service so that you cannot resolve issues. I was on the phone for over an hour yesterday trying to get through and according to other customers they to could not reach anyone, nor was the company answering emails. They are merging with another company and during this merger they are offloading all of their items, so things that you purchased months ago at high prices are worth nothing now. There are so many issues it's overwhelming. I have had numerous shipping orders that were missing items and out of stock. Then they want to refund a fraction of what you paid.

I will be going carefully through my account and make sure to charge back any items that were deliberately overcharged, as well as duplicate shipping charges, you pay for shipping when you 'open' a bag, and then they charge you again when you ship out your items. It's good that this company is switching over to merge with another site and I know, I, as well as others, are still incredibly frustrated by the behavior of Little Black Bag.

Little Black Bag deliberately did not release items in order to get the most money possible at the expense of their customers. And by putting everything 90% off with no notice after charging full price is not fair in a trading environment, now the items I purchased for a great deal of money are worthless on the site, which is specifically for trading.

Little Black Bag also ships out used and broken/damaged items to customers. Shoes that have been worn, broken jewelry, and even used purses. I am disappointed and disillusioned by this company. It is very disheartening that a company like this can run their company the way they do. Turning off phones because they don't want to talk to customers is tremendously unprofessional.

There is likely more that I can't think of at the moment, but these are the most egregious issues that this company has. Do NOT purchase or use Pose or Little Black Bag, the companies are not ethical, and have the worst customer service of any of the companies I deal with.
