Shocking treatment. A low vibration service and low vibration callers who expect you to fix them.

Sacked (as far as I'm aware) with no warning. Still no idea why. Always worked allocated shift .. Harassing me for more shifts. Could only manage 10 to 15 hours a week . I did more as much as I could. Most of these were dead hours and short calls. Them running out of credit. Staff not knowing or remembering what shifts you could or couldn't work. No compassion. Rude. All positive reviews and always did my allocated shift. Would actually give them 0 stars. Absolutely shocking how Ive been treated. Disgusting.Looks like lots of readers have left. New contract means they are obsessing about hold times. I have been commended re hold times in the past. E.g. calls lasting up to an hour. Luck of the draw what calls come in.Last few weeks the lines not as busy and calls short. I work for other platforms and these people are pathetic in comparison. I found the log in log off system to be mostly useless; sometimes not recognising my credentials. However this week my online profile wasn't there and couldn't login to my portal, nor could I log in to the system. No warning, no nothing. I have had many repeat calls and all positive reviews, worked extra shifts when I could and no thanks. The work is meant to be freelance yet you have to work 6 hour non stop allocated shift and constantly harassed to do more when logged on so often feel obligated to say yes to them for fear of losing calls.

The vibration of the line is low and a sex line is also managed by livelines which says it all really. I have used this as a learning curve. I didn't know for sure I was sacked but the evidence pointed that way. I sent an email asking what was going on then after reflecting sent a second one basically saying I couldn't work for them mainly because I had to ask them if I had been sacked which is ridiculous. Disappointed but relieved. The worry of trying to do 15 hours every week has vanished and feel much lighter. Good riddance. I don't believe the above comments that are favourable towards them. I wouldn't be surprised if they were paid to do it. I feel the majority of psychics are doing it because they have to and having used them myself in the past as a customer, I did notice a high staff turnover and in the last few weeks, the 250 plus psychics that you see on the full list of psychics have been wittled down considerably so I doubt I'm not the only one who is disgruntled. I was there for 4 months and for most of the time I was unhappy. I have started work on other platforms where you had to have an interview. This is a Mickey mouse operation. Avoid like the plague.

you heard about Apass?

im currently training for a new company called Apass who are a family run adult online chat site so no talking over the phone and no camera etc. I cant wait to start they seem so nice and fantastic its a high end site.

Unbelievable!!!

These idiots don't even deserve one star!!! The company is a complete joke!!! the psychic readers aren't even tested and the supervisors are vile and totally unhelpful or they ring you up drunk... and to cap it all they now recruiting ghost busters.. Wtf!!! And to top it all off the manager looks like zelda from terrahawk!!!

Awful company

I worked for livelines for nearly a year. The manager jo is a nasty piece of work with no people skills and most of the supervisors are the same. Unhelpful, rude and constantly harassing you for extra hours with no thanks. I wouldn't recommend livelines to my worst enemy. Awful company run by awful staff who didn't care when I left. I wouldn't piss on them if they were on fire!!

Awful company

Awful company run by awful staff. The manager is a nasty piece of work and the supervisors aren't much better. Helpful and supportive they aren't. Constantly harassing you to log on even though you have done your hours. Do them favours and get no thanks. They are that childish they disabled me from their Facebook page for no reason. I had given them good reviews and recommend people to them.don't work for livelines. I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy.

Are these imbeciles still in business?! Judging by so many negative reviews on the internet I'm surprised they are still running. I used to work for them a couple of years back now and judging by these reviews haven't changed a bit. Unless you want to be treated like something you wipe off your shoe don't work for these arseholes!! Constantly harrassed to log on when when you are logged on, yes you heard right!! Supervisors don't have a clue often ring you up drunk and the last straw you can't even have a pee in peace! What ever you do don't work for these toerags!!! POX TO THEM !!!!!!!

Psychic tarot

I worked, for liveliness, for 7months.. When I first started, working for this so- called organization I was happy.. As with all new challenges.. After time I starting realising that the so-called support for there staff was not there.. I've called the office a few, times.. Only to be spoken to like something on the bottom, of there shoe.. They only give a damn about you taking there calls& that's it.. Jo the manager is a absolute nightmare.. No people skills whatsoever.. I called her one Saturday as they are meant to offer 24hour support, for there operators.. She verbally attacked me, for 15minutes.. All because, I said I could no- longer work, for them.. As my circumstances had changed.. No-support!!!! No compassion.. Stay away!!!! From these absolute tossers.. If I could give zero stars then I would..

RUDE BI@#$ES

Been doing this for 3 months. Wanna know if anyone knows of a better chat line i can join where i can do MY OWN shifts. This morning did a 6am-12pm shift. I was tired at 6 . Jo rings me at 10 saying if I'm bored and tired i won't get calls and men will get turned off. The men waste my time so if I'm not the girl they want then they hug up but Jo says out of 500 operators my time of calls lasting under 1 min is bad. F$#% OFF. If I'm doing a bad job why do i get calls and texts asking me to do shifts?? I just tell them no I'm at work and do my own shifts. When i started i had the handbook and it said I'm my own boss I'm freelance but these b!@#$es be ringing me non stop. One rings me saying 'You're doing this wrong do this'. I do it another says ' no don't do that do this'. Annoying and rude and bored. Needing to act like wan#$/s to be busy.

Does anyone know of any good chatlines i can join who won't bother me?

disgusting company

I worked for liveliness for four years this was the worst time of my life I worked through the day when my children at school then through the night while they slept , the pay is no where near as good as they say it is they are very rude and are so abusive if you cant log on when they want you to , it is true that they make excuses to say you have said something wrong on only one call and half your two week wages as a punishment , the manager jo and her daughter who works in office are vile unable to speak to you without swearing , this needs to be looked at as im sure they cant get away with it , also your phone doesn't ring all the time as your in a que system if you have two or three bad calls on the trot even if not your fault as you do get a lot of two minute callers you go to the bottom of the que and will only get a call one every hour and this is a fact as it happened to me even worse if you did a night shift ??? you are there best friend when you first start etc etc but as soon as you are ill or cant work then that is when they turn on you , defo wouldn't let anyone work for them or recommend them at all

Dreadful company

I worked for livelines for nearly a year and I found the manager to have no people skills and was nasty and rude. The supervisors weren't much better. If you are thinking about doing a chat job avoid livelines like the plague. Treat their operators like crap and constantly harassing you. Horrible company run by horrible disorganised people.

Dreadful company

I worked for livelines for nearly a year and I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. Horrible manager with no people skills and the supervisors ''helpful " advice is a joke. Constantly harassed to log on for extra hours with no thanks. If you are looking for a chat job avoid livelines like the plague. Awful company run by equally awful people

I worked long shifts and logged on for a rip off pay. Total scam... staff are rude and un helpfull.

If you are thinking to work as a chat operator with this comoany I would not bother

I called a 'trusted psychic' and all they did was breathe for half an hour down the phone line. I was told that she was one of the most popular. I reported this and was made to feel like I was a pest because I requested a refund.

Calls

Its nigh on impossible to get a girl who is willing to chat really really dirty on livelines. As a result I barely ring the line now. Also most of the girls on livelines actually work on other chatlines too but I doubt the managers on livelines actually realise this!

Could be a lot worse

I've only been with livelinesuk for about 6 weeks but I haven't had reason to complain so far. The supervisors are always nice when they call (yes, they do call to see if I can fill in on some shifts), they haven't been stroppy with me and, when I've had a particularly slow shift have even suggested that I take a break for half an hour. My wages have been paid on time and, so far, I'm earning what I'd call a liveable wage. All in all, quite happy.

not a scam

I have worked for livelines for 4 years always get plenty of calls and always paid on time, I have to admit I struggled with calls at first but the staff in the office and supervisors were all very helpful. This company is not a scam and I still love working for them!!!

Love it here

The bad reviews are those who cant do it properly. Had a great time working here and had no problems with managers. Always busy which means always making money. What more could I ask for?!

Great job around my life

I have been working with livelines for a little while now to help me get extra income and putting my readings to good use. I have been trying to do more personal readings but since covid I have struggled to get customers as people can be sceptical. But due to the great reputation that livelines have already built, it meant that I can gain clients straight away. It has been really ideal when I havent been able to go to conventions and fayres. I get callers from all over and I love being able to help everyone who calls in. Supervisors are super helpful and always paid well on time.

Working from home

I have been working for this company now for about 4 years

I have always it fun and enjoy the Banter you get with the guys

I am always happy with how bust it is and love the fact i can log on when i like outside the one shift and work all the hours i want to.

Never had any problems with the management always friendly and very helpful

I work there,money is good and staff are helpful-business is excessively busy,your phone rings non-stop so you will always go away with a good pay-working a minimum of 20 hours leaves you exhausted but your income is certain.

Livelines

I found the staff at Livelines as being very nice people and very supportive, I would still be there now but my health problems were bad, I had to stop! I got paid on time, I had no problems, I would give them five stars but I hated the mandatory night shift/morning shift, 12-6am or 6am-12pm.
