I was contacted by Peter Anderson he said for the amount of $180 which would be the amount of my loan payments that I would receive$4500 for the personal loan I requested all I had to do was load a green dot card with$180 and that the money would not be taken off the card I could use it after the verification was done.about 30minutes after I called him with the money he called back and said their server went down so they were gonna western union my money but they needed $320 for the cost of the western union I refused and he said call me when you have the$320 I told him I wouldn't send any more money he said when I get it to call him back when I did I refused.I called Peter back and told him I changed my mind I didn't want the loan he said he couldn't cancel the western union it would cost $300 to cancel the western union I then called western union and they informed me it cost nothing to cancel western union I then called Peter back to tell him it costs nothing to cancel it he then said if I wanted to cancel the loan it would cost$150 for their service fees I then told him to cancel the western union I would wait for the server to come up and they could deposit the money in my account he hung up and won't take my calls
