My Localphone account unexpectedly stopped working back in March/April 2014. There was absolutely no change to my networking setup. Yet, Localphone's tech support kept blaming the network setting on my end. After numerous attempts, Localphone tech support decided to accept my request to close my account and refund all remaining balance. Account was closed indeed, but there was NO refund. After contacting them again and again, I was told that no refund can be issued AT ALL. Fine, reinstate my account. I have NOT heard a single word from them afterwards. What a fraud!
