I have been at Southside Square Apartments since the end of April 2015. I have had a problem with maintenance doing work correctly since day one. I email the leasing manager with pictures everytime something is wrong and she replies stating that she will follow up with maintenance but the work he does is very shotty at best. Loft Asset isn't helping the cause. Right now there is a floor strip in my aparment that leads that needs to be repaired because it is up and a safety hazard. It has been like that for a week. I was told that a part was ordered but the wrong part was sent. This is a safety issue, yet no one thought to go to Hxxx Dxxxx or Lxxxxx and get the part to fix the issue. That is but one of a list if issues I have had with them.
