I was anxious to sell my Orlando timeshare, and was referred to Lori by a timeshare help group in 2012. She promptly contacted me and said even though she was a licensed broker in Florida, the state law wouldn't let her list my property until I received an appraisal on the property. It's a timeshare, so how can you appraise it? Which room do you appraise? But, like the sucker I was when I bought the timeshare, I shelled out $500 for her associate to conduct the appraisal. When I received the appraisal weeks later, it was riddled with spelling errors and incorrect information. Lori said she would have them send an updated copy, and I've never received it. I've contacted Lori several times via email and phone, and have not heard from her since January 2013. My money is long gone, and worst part it, my timeshare was never listed and never sold. Still stuck with it. She's a scam artist, no doubt about it.
