The Los Angeles Department of Water and Power charged me aproximately 1,168 dollars for charges I did not make. As of today Water and Power can not provide information on who came to read the meter or pick up the garbage for the period 5/10/2013 to 03/21/2014.
Water and Power fabricated those charges that i did not physical made .I did not consumed any water, electricity , sewage or place any garbage bins in the curb for collection .
I had sent water and Power Federal Court documentation to prove that .
Thieves by nature : Water and Power threats to disconnect if i do not pay them the fabricated charges they billed over 11 months period .
Nobody could came inside the yard and read the meter, the gates were locked .Nobody put the garbage bins outside .
The house was declared abandoned by Chase Bank and by the Los Angeles Police Department .
The L.A .Water and Power goes above the law .
