i ordered spells from this site and also got no email or contact about my spells only when i filed a dispute with pay pal did she email me saying she sent two emails to me about the spells and that they were casted but i told her i got no emails and also checked my spam folder and again no emails found so i would be careful ordering form this site she also said she can not answer all emails right away but if your in business you need to respond to your emails in a timely fashion please beware when ordering from this site
This woman who calls herself, Olivia offered me a free tarot reading with purchase of the spells. I never received it and never got a response to my emails except when she wants to respond. The customer service is awful she takes forever to respond to emails and provides nothing but lame excuses. I also noticed an error on her part, when she forgot to put the order number of the latest batch of spells I ordered, and never bothered to recast the last few spells I ordered back in Jan-Feb 2015. If she doesn't respond to my recent emails and give me what I ordered and what she promised me which was that free tarot reading that I never received, I will file a complaint against her through Pay Pal to request a refund. Now I didn't have a problem the last few times except that she takes too long to respond, but now she hasn't responded at all and I'm getting very concerned. She seems like another scam artist to me! She did not deliver what she promised! I hope she responds to this complaint and it gets resolved immediately!
