For over 3 months we have requested cancellation of the auto payment and product. We have informed the bank and the company. We are promised a refund and cancellation each month. Then on the 29th of the month the bank shows a pending charge and they continue to ship. We have returned the product and advised the bank that this has been cancelled and is a fraud. To no avail this keeps happening every month. Oh and the product doesn`t work. I am at my wits end on how to stop this without them going to collections if I close my bank account.
