These people must have some kind of protection by the mafia or corrupt authorities! They actually threaten people over credit card debts & other collection items. They add interest to accounts that are charged off already. They enlarge the debt when speaking to persons that owe money to creditors, as they are a 3rd party agency. The employees there are almost all on crack/cocaine powder or other drugs! How do I know? I worked there for long enough to have gotten close to those at the top of this sick enterprise of destruction. In fact if you are an employee they threaten you if you don't threaten the people that they are trying to exort money from! Record all calls from these vermin. In fact, act dumb so that you can lure them into a trap & sue the living crap out of them later! They really deserve it, so does whoever they have protecting them. Most of the accounts/debts that they handle are past the statutes of limitation, but they insist on making death threats to people.
