Class action law suit

Different groups are planning different actions, and yes it will cost us to pay an attorney. Unless, if everybody jump in and combined into one class action law suit, then it will benefit us all with low cost for an attorney. Need a leader to start the process. I hope SEC, and secret service can investigate Alex Pitt and his scam business.

Been a brand partner with the Lucrazon Global since February. Myself and a few members who I recruited have tried contacting the company regarding a promised daily bonus multiple times since we started. When we first reached out to Lucrazon in February, brand partners were being told that the daily bonus was not going to take into effect until after the company launch date April 12th. At that point brand partners would be receiving anywhere between $10-$13 daily per business unit. This is what Lucrazon was promising 3-6 months prior to launch date. This is along with the selling of business portfolios for 30x the amount were a few of the major reasons there were so many members signing up. I put $8000 myself for 15 Business units and I was able to recruit two members who each purchased 15 business units as well. A week or two before the launch Lucrazon began changing the compensation plan saying that the daily bonus wasn't a fixed number, but a percentage of the daily company profit. Mind you they began changing what they were promoting after many members had already bought in to the company. Some of the head leaders at the time before the launch date were even promising upwards to $30 daily per business unit once the company launched overseas. Come April 12th, there was no action in our bank accounts only the monthly withdrawal of $50. Every now and then I would receive small deposits of .76 cents from the daily bonus for my 15 units and as for members in my down line they weren't receiving any type of daily bonus whatsoever. Their response when we contacted them was that the company was having internal errors with the payout system. They were saying brand partners were not having available funds in their bank accounts for split funding therefore causing issues with payments. Lucrazon told its members that they would be paid accordingly once these issues were resolved. They also said that daily bonuses would only increase from the launch date onward.

Now it has been almost 4 months since the company launch date and I've received no more than $20 worth of daily bonus in total. Members of my down line have received no money whatsoever. Mind you in these 4 months, instead of sitting and waiting for the daily bonus situation to be fixed, we decided to focus more on the merchant side of things. We have collectively submitted about 5-7 merchant statements and have had no luck whatsoever. No response from the company till 30-40 days later. And when we do get a response there are no savings for merchants we are trying to recruit. It looks like we are not the only members who are having this issue. Speaking to a few other brand partners they are having the same problem. To cut a long story short myself and other members in my down line asked for a refund because Lucrazon Global has not lived up to its brand partner expectations. There response to us was the same that many others are getting. They can only refund us $50 for the last months website hosting fee. We plan on taking legal action as a whole.

Hi when a friend told me about this company to invest money I was interested. So I went to a meetings in queens. They make the meeting in a hotel. They have the leader and tell you about the company. You have many options to win money one was that when you join the company with $1000.00. You will have a daily bonus of $14 dollar. when you bring people to the company you will get paid $40. Dollar every month for ever. and they had many more things that I have on the papers they would give us. They never gave me my daily bonus. That's why I joined the company. So now they offer me to get only .38 cents. And I have to pay a fee of $50 monthly. At first when I called the company they said they were going to return my money, but now they are refusing. And if I cancelled my account they want me to sigh a letter stated that I cannot make any bad comments against lucrazon global. I have proofs of these papers. I'm going to reports these to the New York office of the attorney general. It's not fare to lie to all these people. I new about people buying more than one units.

I joined Lucrazon with 18 other people back in Nov of 2013. Our team joined pre-launch...most of them in 2013 we did several webinars with Oscar Garcia and Wences Navarro in which a plan to give everyone a daily pay was laid out and everyone who put in their 1,000 would get 1 share for each 1k they put in. We put money directly into Lucrazon bank acct without them having a finalized comp plan which by the way my lawyer said is not legal. I only put in 1k but my wife put in 6k and I know others who put up to 15k in.

None of the promises were kept- They were suppose to have a host of items to sell on the websites they were charging us 50 more a month to maintain, they were suppose to pay us an estimated 14 dollars per day for a daily pool from all activity in the company which never happened.

Where did the money go that we all paid into if no one got daily pay?

Jonathon Mendoza and Joseph Seto in person with my sponsor said daily pay was one share for everyone no matter whether they bought units or not for first 90 days...

why are we getting charged 50 a month for a service we were promised but was never delivered? Why were they charging when we couldnt even even use it? In addition to all of this my store was coming up with errors all of the time.

I email 5 executives in the company including the president over a month ago. I did not recieve a responce from any of them. I also called and spoke with sometimes deceptive C/S reps who would tell me it would all be working by the end of next week. That began in April and here we are in August. Many people I know are embarrassed to tell of their experience because it is a classic game of too good to be true. The scam continues to work though doesn't it. Hopefully once I get the whole team and others who were sucked in to fill out a ripoff report, file a people claim vs lucrazon and blog on it, their will be some justice in the end. I plan on making a documentary with as many people who fell into this as I did. Maybe Ill make my 1k back in hits. Thus far I was able to recover my $351.00 they charged me for the ongoing services that were not delivered. i simply called my credit card company and explained the situation. They said they would reverse the charges. To top all of this off, when I requested the charges to simply stop they asked me to fill out a form that said I gave up all rights to any compensation I was owed and that I could not talk negativly about the company or its officers.... Here is a direct quote

"The Brand Partner agrees that he or she or it will not make, either as fact or opinion, any disparaging, defamatory, derogatory, critical or negative statements, in writing or orally about Lucrazon Global or any of Lucrazon Global's Owner's, Officers, Directors, employees, agents, customers, or clients to any person or entity including the press or any internet website."

Are you kidding me? I refused to sign that garbage and do not even know if it is legal to require it.... So we can't warn others by telling our experience? Let me ask you this. If a company was legit, would they have this in their cancellation terms?

SCAM SCAM SCAM Lucrazon Global

My advise to stop the charges is to report it to your credit card company. You can also get a refund of all the $50 charges since they started billing you by stating that what they promised was not delivered i'e' the web store which was not available until august, drop ship items provided by Lucrazon, daily pay, ect..... For those of us who joined early they had far less paper work to fill out. Now getting you 1k per biz unit back is going to take a class action and that will cost money but these guys do not deserve to keep our cash! If anyone knows of a class action taking place now please advise everyone on how we can join.

Lucrazon Global is a scam

If you are thinking about investing your hard earned money with Lucrazon Global, DON'T DO IT. It is a scam. Lucrazon Global promises those compensation plans before launching the company and after less than a month last may, they change the compensation plan like what happen in TELEX FREE. I cancelled mine and I can not recover my $8,000 that I invested in. They even continue taking $50 after I cancelled and they promise to return that $50 they took but they never give it back to me. Lucrazon Global is a money grabber. For those of you who are overseas like spain, mexico, or other countries, DO NOT invest your hard earned money to this company.

What I heard so far is that:

-Lucrazon Global is under investigation by the SEC.

-Lots of former brand partner is suing Lucrazon.

-My group is thinking about a class action law suit.

-Melaleuca.com is suing Oscar Garcia, and Lucrazon Global (Hope they win).

Think twice before you invest your money to this company.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Lucrazon attempt response to Ponzi concerns

Wednesday, December 25th 2013. | Lucrazon

Presently in prelaunch till January 2014, a few weeks back I reviewed the Lucrazon Global MLM business opportunity.

In conducting my study in to the business, I increased a number of problems including an absence of info on Lucrazon Global’s credited CEO and Founder, Alex Pitt, and the firm’s “profits sharing” business model.

As is common with MLM “profits sharing” companies, I couldn’t see a product within the chance being marketed to retail (non-affiliate) consumers. This properly implied that income entering into the business was visiting be mostly from Lucrazon’s affiliates, which it would certainly then pay to those which had currently formerly paid in.

Recruitment payments through a recommendation payout on amounts deposited by newly recruited affiliates were also on deal, marking Lucrazon as making use of the now-familiar Ponzi/pyramid scheme hybrid version we saw appear time and time again this past year.

Particular to Lucrazon, associates get in at $1000 a position (covered at 15 positions or $15,000), which the business after that pays (sans referral payments), by means of a day-to-day “income share”.

Affiliates get the revenue-share by sending in a random business’s contact details every 90 days, with brand-new affiliate position cash is utilized to pay out affiliates which have already purchased positions.

Whereas Zeek Reward’s front was a cent public auction, Lucrazon try to pass of an e-commerce platform as the affixed frontage.

Let me be clear that I’m in no chance questioning the legitimacy of Lucrazon’s e-commerce system, duplicated internet sites blahblahblah as a stand-alone services, as that’s completely not the concern.

The problem with Lucrazon’s MLM business version is the standard technician of new affiliate money streaming in at $1000 a pop and being paid to those who have already paid $1000 a pop for “positions”.

Wedding dress it up any kind of method you want, like every various other MLM revenue-sharing possibility around this is still just the sale of unregistered protections.

The logic-fail begins when you think about the reason an affiliate would certainly pay up to $15,000 to market business services and an e-commerce system to legitimate business.

Lucrazon entirely makes good sense from a passive investor perspective though. I pay my $1000 and you offer me back )$1000.

And I’m not seeing the distinction in between a merchant authorizing up and getting a $1000 position or an affiliate doing it. Retail income would certainly likewise appear to be an enigma in Lucrazon’s business model.

Looking for to take care of these issues Alice Ly, that credits herself as Lucrazon Global’s “Social network Supervisor”, left a talk about the review encouraging that Lucrazon had ‘solution(ed) your review factors along with various other inquiries’.

Ly’s remark consisted of an associated with a Lucrazon post entitled “Alex Pitt and Lucrazon Global Facts”. Do Lucrazon quash Ponzi issues regarding their revenue-sharing business model?

Permit’s figure out.

Lucrazon’s blog post opens up with details on Founder and CEO Alex Pitt and some complaints over Pitt’s non-MLM past. I didn’t raise that as an issue in my review so I do not see it as relevant.

Just what matters though is Lucrazon’s confirmation that Pitt ‘has no MLM record as he’s never been a MLM owner’.

With that removed up the only thing left for Lucrazon to attend to is whether their revenue-share is merely paying existing affiliates with brand-new affiliate money.

Before we enter the design itself, Lucrazon show up to recommend they do not have a product:.

Q8: Why doesn’t Lucrazon Global have items?

A: Lucrazon is the initial fully-integrated ecommerce system with numerous patent-pending modern technologies containing a Website and Shopping Cart Builder, a proprietary Payment Gateway Integration, with automated Merchant Account authorization process.

On top of that, there are ecommerce stores with many thousands of pre-populated products that are drop delivered by 3rd celebrations.

Brand name Partners are Ecommerce entrepreneur that offer Merchant Services, Websites and Shopping Carts, Ecommerce Stores with Inventory and SEO Marketing. These devices are specifically made to construct a business network and also expanding a Merchant Portfolio.

“Thousands of pre-populated products” from “3rd celebrations” still equates to Lucrazon themselves having “no products”. This is a warning sufficient on its very own in MLM– combined with a revenue-sharing business model though?

May too simply march in to your neighborhood SEC office and acquire it over with now …

Moving onto Lucrazon’s revenue-share design itself. The business specifies that it.

doesn’t have a buck length delegated to the daily payment due to the fact that we reserve 10 % of the day-to-day profits. The 10 % is after that shown qualified Brand Partners to make sure that quantity could possibly be a couple of pennies or maybe hundreds of dollars.

It never ever exceeds the 10 % of earnings made by the business on any kind of provided day.

Acquired it. My question– Is that “daily earnings” primarily freshly spent affiliate money (“positions”) or does it originate from somewhere else?

I preserve that it makes no feeling to have affiliates dump approximately $15,000 into the scheme that’s intend to market e-commerce solutions to business– unless you’re preparing to utilize that cash to pay out alreadying existing affiliates.

Lucrazon effort to resolve this problem … yet not truly:.

Q3: Is Lucrazon Global a MLM, financial investment business, ponzi or comparable?

A: Lucrazon Global neither a MLM, a financial investment, a Ponzi scheme, or similar. It does not sponsor or designate individuals to certain positions that are regulated by “company.”.

Lucrazon Global does not limit folks from joining various other companies and urges people to promote their very own business developed on Lucrazon Technology.

Lucrazon, Inc. is an authorized Visa and MasterCard MSP (Merchant Service Provider) and ISO (Independent Sales Organization) of Merrick Bank, South Jordan, UT, and Member of FDIC.

Lucrazon Inc. has numerous patent-pending Lucrazon Technology and belongs to an extremely moderated industry, paying approximately 75 % earnings (not 100 % or even more) which is the standard payout for the Merchant Service sector.

Lucrazon Global is operating on Lucrazon Technology and is pursued these exact same specifications. Multi level marketings or related “endeavors” are not regulated in this means.

Where to start?

First of all Lucrazon is very a lot an MLM business possibility. In addition to paying referral commission on new position investment by affiliates, you’re also utilizing a binary payment framework.

Cmon men, chopped the crap.

When it comes to being a Ponzi scheme, what on Earth does “It does not sponsor or assign folks to certain positions that are managed by “business”” relate to associates purchasing “positions” and making a daily ROI on them?

I assume your interpretation of a Ponzi scheme could be cracked Alice.

The core question that determines whether or not Lucrazon is a Ponzi scheme is are you paying new affiliate position cash to existing associates (who have currently spent for positions)?

If so, you’re running a Ponzi scheme, with associates purchasing positions (non listed protections) on the pledge of an ultimate )100 % ROI on each position.

The rest of Lucrazon’s post addresses things that are neither here nor there– “lead” payments, the “Brand Partner Process”, claims of Lucrazon affiliates “falsifying information” etc

. I did believe this one last factor was somewhat exposing though:.

Q10: I heard that Brand Partners “don’t have to do anything.” Is this real?

A: No, this is not real. A Brand Partner Business is a real business. Folks that handle their Brand Partner business like all other business will commonly have considerably greater excellence compared to those that presented little to no initiative.

Is it merely me or did Lucrazon merely validate it’s entirely possible to spend for positions, do absolutely nothing and make cash?

Sure, it’s normal that if an affiliate “handles their business” they’ll have better success– but also for those which enjoy with the revenue-share ROI, “no effort” will certainly be adequate.

… if you can call handing in arbitrary business details every 90 days “initiative”.

Is Lucrazon nothing greater than yet an additional affiliate-funded MLM revenue-sharing Ponzi scheme?

I’m still not persuaded.

Oh and while we’re reviewing “various other questions”, can you make clear BehindMLM viewers ISO’s allegation that Lucrazon is effectively being run by an ex lover Zeek Rewards and Better Living Global Ponzi gamer?

By the method … this Asian man who made Lucrazon Global was in Zeek, delved into Better Living and now Lucrazon GLOBAL. He is a good man when you speak with him. Constantly grinning … AT THE EXPENSE OF OTHER.

I question the amount of cash Alex Pit will obtain from him? This person is an MLM employer. You could take ALL of Lucrazon’s earning from it’s merchant solution side and would not manage to sustain ONE MONTH of payment that LG has to payout.

Does Lucrazon Global have Chinese backer(s) that were involved in Zeek Rewards, Better Living Global and Juding USA? Would not be the first time a legit-looking frontman had been made the general public face of a revenue-sharing chance.

I have read the information of the persons above listed in the Ripoff Report. My experience was exactly the same as theirs. I joined the program the last days of January 2014. I Purchased 5 Business Positions for $5000 and was promised to be given 4 more for a total of 9. That never happened. I asked for a refund about 2 weeks after I joined because they were not paying the daily benefit of $10-$13 per day per business position. They faxed me a refund form which I filled out and returned. Thats the last I heard of it. I did email several times and was always told that my refund was under consideration. Then at the end of all of those email conversations. they told me they could only refund the last $50 monthly fee. A month ago I emailed them and asked them if I could be assigned a mentor within the company to begin working their program. No response. This is a scam of proportionate size and something or somebody or all of us need to form something to take this company down.

Scam

Lucrazon is a BIG SCAM! I bought 8 units equaling $8000 they did not pay daily bonus. I asked for a refund and was told I could only get $50 which was the initial setup fee. So, I had no choice but to stay in because they still owed me $4000 in direct bonus which they said would be paid soon it's been 4 months! They have stopped paying commissions even for merchant accounts. I spoke with customer support, and They told me I need to wait because they will be paying soon... right now, I'm being charged $50 every month and I'm not receiving anything!

Lucrazon Global is a scam

Change your Debit, Credit, or your bank account so that they can no longer take that $50 monthly hosting fee.

Do not make any calculation because they are not going to pay you just like what Lucrazon Global did to us. Majority of us are not happy because we did not get paid since mid May. They revise the compensation plan just like what TELEXFREE did. Lucrazon Global is a big scam and they continue on to recruit people. This need to stopped with their scam business.

LucraScam done it again!

Two things that I have learned from LucraScam:

- They are good in deleting bad comments from their facebook account.

- They are good in putting MYSTERY REVENUE on each brand partners and former brand partners' 1099.

* It makes me wonder what INTEGRITY does Lucrazon has?

- The answer is absolutely NO INTEGRITY at all, NO ETHICS, and NO VALUES of the business.

* Lucrazon Global is by far, the worst company with no educational background in Business Management.

Lucrazon is a 100% Ponzi scam

We are the group of over 300 victims in New York, we would like to report of a Ponzi scam from company Lucrazon. There are about over 300 people involved in it, and everyone lost about $10,000.00

It happened in Jan 2014, the CEO and sales team of Lucrazon Held a promotion convention at Shranton Hotel in Flushing New York, Lots people went there for the meeting. They told us that Lucrazon is a good credit company, with 30 years of business, if you bought 15 positions in which you invest $15,000 to the Lucrazon company, it would give you a daily pay around $9.00 to $16.00 a day for one positio, and at that time the Lucrazon company was on a promotion which was buy one get one free, buy 15 positions get another 15 positions free, so in only three months you could get your money back. and they also told us that if you wanted to join, the company had to check your credits to qualify. We believed their words and gave them our credit card numbers and social security number for qualification checking. Then we all deposited a check of $14,000.00 to the company's account on Jan 2014, even some of us borrowed money to doposit, and also every one of us used his or her credit card to pay $1000.00 for the account set up by the company 's request. On February or March 2014, we received a $4840.00 first bonus pay from Lucrazon, then we waited and waited, and two month later we received only $1 to $2 as a daily pay , depending on how many down tiers you have. If you have more down tiers you get paid more, if you did not have any down tiers, you only got cents daily pay.

We were in shock when we noticed that we only got $1 to $2.00 of daily payment of our 15 position account which was huge difference from what the company said. and also our credit card was charged $50.00 per month. We realized that it was a scam, so we called the company to request to cancel our brand partner, and refund our money, at begining they send us forms for filling in the amount of refunds, and told us after 30 days of processing, Lucrazon would send us the refund check. Then we waited and waited, and two months later we still did not get any information about the refund, during that time we did make lots call to the company, finally we got a chance to speak a guy of the cancelation dept on June 2014, he told us we only can get a $50.00 refund, when we knew they only refunded us $50.00 of our $15,000.00. How were very upset, and we had no words to explain our feelings, for this is 100% a scam

Now we want to step out to take a class action lawsuit, and bring these scammers to justice. If anyone has good suggestion please post out and let us know. Or we would like to combine with other groups together to sue the LUCRAZON.

Thank you.

Lucrazon Global, LLC Response

Lucrazon Global, LLC was formed for the purpose of servicing the fast-growing digital marketplace by providing online and brick-and-mortar stores with a user-friendly website equipped with a shopping cart, credit card processing capability, a merchant account, and marketing and search engine optimization services. Lucrazon Global provides an all-inclusive ecommerce platform that allows customers to purchase an e-commerce store and obtain a merchant account. Customers are free to sell whatever product or service their business sells.

Lucrazon Global, LLC sells service through independent businesses collectively referred to as Brand Partners. Every Brand Partner Business has its own web site with a unique URL and its own website and shopping cart builder, has its own bank account, and has its own merchant account. Every Brand Partner Business has their own agreements with their own customers. They are also responsible for their own sales, their marketing, as well as any potential chargebacks, and handling any other challenges that may arise with their business. Each Brand Partner receives payments directly from their customers.

In order to become a Brand Partner, certain requirements must be met:

http://www.lucrazonglobal.com/brand-partner-requirements

Those interested in becoming a Brand Partner first go through a free trial that doesn’t require them to input credit card info or financial data so he/she can test the system and see if selling Lucrazon’s Ecommerce System and Merchant Services are right for them.

If he/she is truly interested and dedicated to becoming a Brand Partner, they then go through a background and credit check in order for him/her to receive and activate their own Merchant Account. In addition, their information is cross-checked to make sure they’re NOT on a Merchant Termination file. The Brand Partner must pass underwriting guidelines according to Lucrazon Global bank’s relationships, and they must sign a Merchant Agreement.

After they meet these requirements and Merchant Account is approved and active, only then can they pay for and activate their Brand Partner website. The payment does not come to Lucrazon Global, it goes to the Brand Partner’s bank account directly who sold the technology and ecommerce business. The cost is $1,000 one-time set up fee and $50 a month hosting and maintenance fee.

Lucrazon Global, LLC has multiple ways of paying commissions. One of these ways is based around selling Ecommerce businesses, which is described above and attached with a $50 hosting and maintenance fee. The Brand Partner receives $50 directly from their customer and pays $40 to Lucrazon Global for utilizing Lucrazon Global technology, therefore profiting $10. The following month on the same date, the Brand Partner will receive the same amount for the monthly and hosting fees and this amount will continue every single month on the same date for the life of the account which provides a long term residual income.

There are several complaints revolving around a $14 a day guaranteed payment that Lucrazon Global, LLC never advertised nor promoted. People that are unfortunately complaining were looking for “get-rich-quick” business models, and when they discovered that the Brand Partner Business wasn't following this model, they got upset.

Regarding other comments, as Lucrazon Global is completing Phase 2 of offering Pre-Selected Inventory Ecommerce Stores specializing in Organic Foods, it’s also finalizing the requested custom reporting and payment reconciliations for Brand Partner businesses.

If you need more information, you can contact [email protected]

Thank you.
